Actually, a lot of Ukrainians can speak Russian, as a matter of fact many people in Ukraine posses both Ukrainian and Russian heritage. Speaking of which, in Belarus and Kazakhstan, more people speak Russian than their own native languages, although there are movements in both countries to speak more their own languages as a way of de-Russification and to evoke strong, independent national identities.

writers long ago forgor that Stewie whole deal was that everyone can understand him, but most people just dont take him seriously becos he is a baby. If you were walking outside and some 5 y old kid passed you, talking to himself how he has to hurry making rocket to the moon, you wouldnt thought: "wtf thats kid some genius???"
