Thank you so much for this information. I ended up purchasing this exact hair care line on June 30th. I been using it for a month now and have noticed that I stopped losing hair. I would lose tons of hair when washing or brushing it. I have extremely fine hair and it has worked wonders!
Since you use heat what about the Extensionite thermique? Have you tried it? I have a sample packet that I've never tried. I'm going to use up my therapiste line then jump to this one. I use heat after every wash.
I don’t use the cream thermiques because I prefer spray styling products for my hair. I haven’t tried this one in particular but a lot of people I know love it.
Hi Jenifer, have you tried the Première line since this video? If so, what do you think of it? I would love to see how your style your hair (your technique to blouwout and straighten) too, it would be a great video imo Have a good day!
Hi! I did use several of the products! I think I’ve used 4/6 so far. As of right now, I like the line. I’ll be doing a video on the line in the next couple weeks once I learn more and really test out the whole line.
Oh really? I’m hesitating between the two because I want to try a new line from Kerastase and I value your opinion a lot (I have fine curly hair easily weightened down and want frizz control as long as durable straightening effect)
@sheron8813 I really appreciate that! 🫶🏼 I would say if you hair is curly, Oleo might not be the line for you because it’s designed for those that wear their hair pin straight. If you wear yours curly, I could try Curl Manifesto. You could try the Premiere pre-shampoo treatment and maybe the serum filler or oil. But as for your shampoo, conditioner and main styling product, I would stay with Curl Manifesto bc it’s going to keep the frizz away yet keep the curl defined and bouncy.
Hi, it's me again! 😂 I have thin hair but lots of it. I wash it twice a week. The hair mask is labeled for medium to thick hair. Would you recommend the mask or conditioner for thin hair?
Hi love 😂! My hair is like yours… and it’s pretty light weight. It feels like a lightweight conditioner to me. I only wash my hair twice a week too. If you’re nervous it could be too heavy then I would get the conditioner (aka Fondant).
Wow! I’m gonna check it out. I’ve been wanting to do extensions again cause I love love love long hair. I’ve never had hair as long as yours in my life. 😂 May I ask a question…? What do the little white dots at the end of your ends mean? I think I have those… 😂
I personally haven’t tried it but it is our top selling serum in the salon. A lot of our clients love it. I will say the Genesis serum is much larger than the extensioniste serum.
Hello, Jenifer! I have been watching your channel religiously. Specifically the videos on Kérastase. Currently I have been using the Premier line, love your detailed video on that. But, before purchasing that I had already been having issue with hair breakage. So, if you were to buy a line that you needed to use to help with breakage and beyond once the breakage stopped, like just as a great system to use for healthy hair; what would it be, specifically from the Kérastase brand..? And, I understand with you being a stylist that you would throw caution to the wind when giving advice. And don't worry I will take the meat and leave the bones. I'm just so undecided because I know such a brand is an investment and so I don't want to have product sitting around that I am not using once the problem is solved (maybe)and I don't want ten different product line just one for everything. Whew I hope I haven't lost you with such a long post🤦🏾♀️😂😊 Anyway thanks in advance for any advice or not ❤ Take care
I would say if you’re having breakage due to damage, I would use the architect or therapiste line. Or… I would say get the K18 mask (that’s honestly my favorite for damaged hair). If it’s breakage due to weak hair, I would go with the Genesis line. The premiere is honestly amazing! It’s a great line to alternate with. Looking at your picture, it looks like you have some gorgeous curls!! Once your hair is repaired from breakage, I would try the curl line. It’s add hydration without weighting your curls down and the line will help to enhance the curl/coil.
I have dry frizzy colored chemically damaged hair Pl suggest that which products of this brand will be best... started genesis for hair growth but looking for those solutions 😊
I guess men with long hair can also use these products right? I have shoulder lenght hair but its literally not growing anymore. Like its been more than a year already and its still at shoulder lenght :( So i'm thinking of trying this
Hi. I’ve just started using Kérastase and I’m well impressed. I’ve just got the extensionist serum as I can’t find the initialise serum anywhere! Can you tell me if the extioniste serum has taken place of the initialise now and if so is it the same kind of serum please?
Hi! They still have the Initialiste serum… on the Kerastase website it’s listed under the Densifique line I believe… or you can type it in the search bar and it’ll pop up.
hi dear @jeniferLarson i have done my colour and highligts 2 months ago but my major concern is volume, growth and shine in my hair please guide me which range is best for me???
For hair growth I’d say Extentioniste, if you want more fullness then Densifique. Both lines will give you shine but if you want to preserve your color and have extra shine, then go with Chroma.
This sounds so interesting! I think it would be worth trying but I honestly wouldn’t know how to use it. When my hair is curly, I only shampoo it maybe once every 10-14 days or so, but I will use conditioner every 3 days or so to detangle in the shower. Your results sound like it’s worth it though!
I would say start with the serum and see how it goes. If you want the shampoo and mask just use it when you shampoo. No need to shampoo more often if you’re using the serum.
I think you look better with the shorter hair. Also, don’t see much of a difference with hair growth, it looks like normal hair growth for three months.
Wow this line sounds fabulous! I might have to try the serum when I run out of the current one I use. I’m Currently uploading what I do for my hair, no judging 🤣 I’m such a novice haha
Now that this experiment is over.. I can get my ends trimmed 😂🙈
😂
I’m currently testing a laser hair treatment device… way worse to not be able to shave your pits… 🤪🤪🤪
I have really learned lately how important the scalp is and treating it. The scalp stimulator has my interest👏🏼👏🏼
Yes!! It’s so important!

Thank you for your response! I look forward to know you opinion and if you like it more than oléo relax 😊
Of course!! I will say.. as of right now, I still love the Oleo more 🙈. Mainly bc I’m soooo frizzy.
Oh really? I’m hesitating between the two because I want to try a new line from Kerastase and I value your opinion a lot (I have fine curly hair easily weightened down and want frizz control as long as durable straightening effect)

The other down side of faster growing hair is I’d have to dye it more often and I already cover my greys once a month as it is. 😢 Any tips on that?
Nope… you just have to dye it more lol I’m in the same boat but I’d rather have longer thicker hair so I just suffer and dye my hair more often 😂🙈
This is a line I’d be interested in trying, I have not tried this brand before 🤔
It’s so good! It’s all fairly lightweight and I swear my hair has never been healthier since using it.
Hi, it's me again! 😂 I have thin hair but lots of it. I wash it twice a week. The hair mask is labeled for medium to thick hair. Would you recommend the mask or conditioner for thin hair?

This sound really interesting thankyou for sharing. I am definitely struggling with my hair journey so maybe I’ll give this a try!
I was really surprised! Maybe start with just the serum and see how it goes.
Wow! I’m gonna check it out. I’ve been wanting to do extensions again cause I love love love long hair. I’ve never had hair as long as yours in my life. 😂 May I ask a question…? What do the little white dots at the end of your ends mean? I think I have those… 😂
Those little white balls are just dead ends. It’s my sign for when I need a haircut.
Great video! Have you tried the genesis serum? Wondering how it compares to this one.
I personally haven’t tried it but it is our top selling serum in the salon. A lot of our clients love it. I will say the Genesis serum is much larger than the extensioniste serum.

Depending on what condition you want to treat first, I’d say Nutritive for dryness, Discipline for Frizz, or Chronologiste for damage.
@@JeniferLarson thank you so much

I have shoulder lenght hair but its literally not growing anymore. Like its been more than a year already and its still at shoulder lenght :(

Yes of course! Make sure you’re keeping your scalp healthy and clean (avoiding any build up) and getting regular trims.
@@JeniferLarson alright. Thanks a lot!

Great video thank for the breakdown..I want to know if it smells good like the other Kérastase products?
It smells good… I would say more on the floral/ clean side.
Did it promote new hair growth alsoo??
It definitely did… for about 3-4 months I had soooo many baby hairs. I couldn’t even control them 😂🙈 but not they are just long enough to lay down lol
Where I buy this s Simpoo
You can buy it on their website, any Kerastase salon, or at Sephora
I think you look better with the shorter hair. Also, don’t see much of a difference with hair growth, it looks like normal hair growth for three months.
I like your hair short, you look younger.
Thanks! I was younger when I had short hair but it’s way more work for me.

You should! Omg I’d never judge! I love seeing everyone’s routines. Do and use what works for you!
