I personally haven’t tried it but it is our top selling serum in the salon. A lot of our clients love it. I will say the Genesis serum is much larger than the extensioniste serum.

I would say the Kerastase Chroma shampoo. I personally don’t like Redken but if you wanted to try them, go with a color safe shampoo.

Any of them would be fine! If you’re wanting something lightweight I would go with Densifique.

Hey just went to my bathroom yes mine is called supershine hun I absolutely love this line and I have fine hair and it doesn’t weight my hair down either. I love your views on products. Oribe & shu uemura are now my fav x

I’ve never heard of anyone having issues but if you have questions, check with your doctor.

For hair growth I’d say Extentioniste, if you want more fullness then Densifique. Both lines will give you shine but if you want to preserve your color and have extra shine, then go with Chroma.

No chroma just help preserve color and add shine.

I would say if you’re having breakage due to damage, I would use the architect or therapiste line. Or… I would say get the K18 mask (that’s honestly my favorite for damaged hair). If it’s breakage due to weak hair, I would go with the Genesis line. The premiere is honestly amazing! It’s a great line to alternate with. Looking at your picture, it looks like you have some gorgeous curls!! Once your hair is repaired from breakage, I would try the curl line. It’s add hydration without weighting your curls down and the line will help to enhance the curl/coil.

You layer the pre shampoo and the shampoo then rinse and apply conditioner.

I would say either the nutritive mask or the discipline mask (for frizz) depending on what you’d like to tackle. 🥰

I don’t believe the new mirror treatment in the Supershine line has UV protection in it. The drops I’m not sad about. To be honest, I didn’t love them. If you’re wanting UV protection, I would just spray Invisible Defense in your hair.

@JeniferLarson if you ever do, an update/comparison on them would be interesting. Maybe even including a few others such as the Hair Alchemy shampoo, since you mentioned it isn’t as heavy as their other shampoos.

The curl line might be heavy for you. I’d also probably skip Gold Lust. Gold Lust can be really heavy especially if your hair isn’t super damaged and in need of all that protein. Gold Lust is even too heavy for my hair. I’d say try Alchemy. Everyone I know (including myself) loves the line!

Personally, I don’t like their signature line 🙈. It’s just not the ideal line for my hair but I know a lot of people love it. I would say grab it in travel sizes first to see if you love it before you commit. I have had of Shu Uemura but I’ve never tried it.

It’s like kerastase but more luxurious I’ve just purchased their ultimate reset line and love it ! And ok think I’m gonna just go with their alchemy line but I’m confused between their mask and conditioner as the mask is silicone free and in my experience silicone free doesn’t leave my hair silky. Their conditioner has silicones though what do you think ? Do you prefer the alchemy mask or conditioner? X

Hi gold lust probably made your hair feel dry and heavy bc it had a lot of protein in it and if you’re hair doesn’t need the protein, it can make your hair feel heavy or dry. Moisture and control is nice but it’s definitely on the heavier side. I would say get it in travel size first before you commit. I’ve honestly been loving the Alchemy line… it’s lighter in weight and I feel like it gives my hair enough hydration.

@leonaball196 maybe… but Oribe shampoos don’t lather that much because they’re so concentrated.

Hi! So truthfully I’ve never used the Redken line. I personally am not a huge fan of Redken anymore (it’s not what it used to be 15+ years ago). The premiere line is designed to remove any hard water build up from the hair whereas the Chroma gloss is to add shine.

@@JeniferLarson Do you think it would be overkill to use the premier with chroma gloss since the premiere line is also supposed to add shine? it might be hard to distinguish which product is actually working even though they are different? would you recommend using one product first? i havnt tried either of these products yet! thanks for reply!

I don’t think it would be overkill at all! I would probably use premier by itself the first few washes just to make sure any buildup is out of your hair and then add in the chroma gloss once a week to keep the shine.

Yes you definitely can! I will change up the line every time I wash my hair depending on how it feels or how I’m styling it.

This line is a great option because it’s made for dry hair.

I would say try the Curl Manifesto line. It’s very hydrating but not heavy. It’ll also enhance your curls. If you wear your straight, I would try the Nutritive or Chroma line.

Hi!! You can change it up every time you wash if you want… depending on how you’re going to style your hair. But if you wanted to use up one line before switching to another that’s fine too. 🤍

Discipline is if you want to remove frizz, discipline oleo is if you wear your hair pin straight like mine, Chronologiste is the line if you feel like your hair has changed due to aging. So it depends what you’re looking for.

I think my favorite mask would be either the Discipline Oleo or the Chroma mask.

It’s the same line, they just changed the name to Supershine shampoo and conditioner. They reformulated it slightly but I honestly can’t tell a difference. They relaunched it a week ago I believe.
