There is vertical lines and below it it is written minimum insertion line. So this vertical lines should not be seen outside?

my cycle - mybike - crank screw coming out frequently .. any solution and ur store is very far from my home ... solution please .. which tool to use to get it tight ... local shop are unable to do it in case they do .. its only for 5km of my journey n again its go loose pleaseeeeee help ..

Mybike sucks tbh. The reach is way too long especially with the long stem it comes with. I wonder who designed this abomination. A shorter top tube would have been great.
