Just a shame these communities are not cleaned up. The trash makes them look run down. Not entirely through the fault of the people who live there. But due to no trash collection. It is proven, even poor communities if kept clean and tidy. Can influence others there to become more proud and take better care of keeping it clean. Poverty should not mean lack of social cleanliness.
I will like to know about the person walking with the camera. That person is Filipino or Filipina ? Because people do not react to that person walking, sometime people look more when it is a foreigner. And is the camera hidden ?
