Que bueno encontrar el programa de Ian yo lo veía en el cable pero pasaban pocos capítulos todo un artista excelentes diseños y bueno súper contento de encontrar el canal nuevamente bendiciones para todos desde Uruguay 🇺🇾🙏
reminds me of the "OSTERMANN COUPE 40" from the 80s...! and the GFK bus conversion kit from the same time thrown together! nice idea, but I didn't like it 40 years ago, what's still missing is a 16" Baja chassis, 30" wheels and a floor assembly shortened by 14" in the style of a Scamell Pioneer truck but with the curves of a Beetle
19:26 Prowler alert! Abort! Abort! 26:20 Smooshing goop through the holes for a mechanical lock is evocative of the 1900's construction technique known as Lathe and Plaster, from the days before drywall evolved. crud droops and hardens and hooks. So, another way you are being "old school".
Nope, I ain’t doing that, I haven’t the patience for all that sanding :D if I’m doing that I need a big robot arm with a cutter bit on the end ;p) The frame work bit I can do okay. Also, it looks amazing.
Ian, man I had a vision of a Bug SUV with a lifting tail gate for putting my groceries in the back, wide track rims and tires... I know you can get fired up with just those thoughts. My name is Tony.
Back in the 80s/90s there was a company in my country that used to use the exact same van-style back on beetle conversions. only ever seen one in real life, looks so cool tho.
Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but needs chrome and maybe some white slashes VW style running into the rear fenders. The old cars knew how to break up surfaces.Youre twice the size of me -so I do the same with slotcar bodies.
Yes. 😁. Finally someone actually doing that Roth thing,....fck the "rules". ( And also loving metalflake like i do ...bring it BACK! Why did it ever go out of style??i dont get that,at all...)
I am floored that this is F.C.G instead of F.C.Ian. And 2022? How does all of this work Banijay? How can it be the same name as 10 (?) years ago when the show ended? And since F.C.Ian is now a thing, are your ties with Ian ended? By the way, I LOVE Jamie's and Ian's new imagining of continuing Ian's vision. I hope I am not stepping on toes askins all of this. Please tag me in any answers. And THANKS!
I commented on Ian's you RUclips channel a while ago , on the other vw bug with glass top on how awesome it would look to put Lincoln zephyr/ ford Prefect front end on a Vw bug and collaborate with Johhny jalopy ☝️
Ian has a great screen presence and being humble shines through as he just is a laid back type of a guy. Respect from New Zealand 🇳🇿 💪🏽😊
Amazing piece of work! It looks so much bigger than it is. When you stand beside it the size is shocking. Love it!
Hi Ian!! You're the best WV bug artist! I really love your masterpieces and creations! Cheers from France!! 😁
Hermosa transformación tú y tus compañeros de trabajo son unos genios ✨👌😌
I'll say give him a chance he will make it run as well as it looks. Brilliant finish Ian.

12 minutes in, and they are building a PT Cruiser 😅
the end result has some Boyd Coddington feel to it

Another piece of ART Ian, absolutely love the finished master piece
The best project on the channel, without a doubt! 👍👍👍

You remind me of the character from Defenders of the universe. 😂
Cracked me up, thank you from Australia 👍🏼
That thing is sick all over ..love it front to back wow❤ mint work 👏
Mind blowing stuff 😎
Salute your imagination
Ian.... you are the best.
You know what makes this episode funny is that Ian is currently building a VW bug on his own channel and he ends up using that fiber glass roof thingy
Im glad. Ive had 15 VWs, 9 of them busses. I have only ever wanted a bug to do the van kit on. Im a van man.
It' looks really good dude👌
Watched this three times! Amazing! Love the humour! G’day from Oz, down under

That turned out FN perfect. Incredible work.
Técnica fantástica de criar arte! Parabéns!
And i thought i was always changing my mind. Thats a good job .
sehr cool! Gut gemacht!
Ian roussel and johnny jalopy what creation are they into now can't imagine it will be spectacular
Great work man. Perhaps you can add an electric motor. It might take away the thumper sound of the bug motor but it will be able to move pretty quick.
Back in the 80s/90s there was a company in my country that used to use the exact same van-style back on beetle conversions. only ever seen one in real life, looks so cool tho.
all cars of full custom garage deserve to be hot wheels
Thank you 🤩😍

Super! !!!👍👍👍👍👍Hello from Ukraine! 👋 ☺ 👍 ✌ 💛 💙
Love the 1 door handle idea.
Wow this has got to be a TV show.
This should be a Hot Wheels Car. I would buy it
Nice job man. Shame when it drives off it will go dak dak dak! 😂🇦🇺
nice, what it needs is 'pop-up' headlights in the front fenders mate.
😂 Ian Roussel should be in The Oxford English Dictionary, meaning: man of sound mind 👌🏻💯
Solo una palabra "CHINGON".
Saludos desde Guadalajara Jalisco , por que Jalisco es México
Fantastic 😊
🍹MAGNÍFICO 🍹
Really off the hat old school hot rod style, would be unbelievably excellent with a larger capacity twin turbo vw motor
Nice build 😊
👍🏴😁✌️
I remember seeing an advertisement for a wagon type modification for a VW beetle back in the 70’s.
Love this build , it looks like the Audi, auto union type 52
Man You Gys Are Crazy But I Like What I See I GIVE MY THUMES UP
guapisimo un gran acierto
me gusta mucho
josep gold coast
such big grill on the front...in a rear engine vehicle makes sense ❤
Back fender should flow more from where the door starts where the fender abruptly stops doesn't flow nicely
Looks like part pt cruiser and lincon zephyr before you put the metal roof on
MELLOW YELLOW !
If ever that name belonged it is here !
This time taller, with a kicked up V 6 with a cam, but I see it looking like it came right off the manufacturing line.
The Ed "Big Daddy" Roth of our times. He just mentioned him at 26:50 so I am not that far off.
That is one mean Bug
Awesome
love this,to cool
Here's a quote from a video I saw recently.
"Your comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing is even goingnto grow there"
Yes. 😁. Finally someone actually doing that Roth thing,....fck the "rules". ( And also loving metalflake like i do ...bring it BACK! Why did it ever go out of style??i dont get that,at all...)
Este señor es un escultor
Géant la classe
43:24 the front lights don't line up. right side is a little lower and a little too far to the right. other than that. nice build
Keren full👍👍

Is this the VW he's currently building on his channel? He definitely used that roof again
It looks like it's the same size car as the Dwarf race cars .
🤩
They go to a Pt Cruiser thing.
like 3.2K !
Love it. Very creative and ultra KOOL! I do not like the color.
I'm on my boyfriend's account so I'm going to be in trouble.. just wanted to say I think I love your show more than him 😁Victor makes me lol
once you lose the fear of bondo, anything is possible
Pull a mould and license it to a glass company. Actually, scan it and make a new plug that maths out. The '60's are over...
This guy's voice and mannerism is just like the standup comedian Russell Peters....
Furrr shrrrrr furrr shrrrrr
Engine ?

@@rodneydrew9117 definitely dig vw zephyr grill with the dodge roof more than the other vw bug with glass top on his YT channel
I'm guessing that's were the other glass roof ended up on the other vw project
It’s the same top

supercool build ,but totaly failed on the color of the car
A tub of body filler on wheels..... Oooohhhhh. Not for me thank you. Give it a year and the car will all be on the floor. 😅😅😅😅😅😅
Does it look good, absolutely
Does it drive well, nope 🤦🏻♂️
