@@ShukuloBye. I don’t blame him for making money. It’s not like every video is a sponsor video. It also goes together with his style of games he plays.
Game has the best endgame I’ve played of any arpg other than POE. Game gets a bad rap because of pets, but u can go f2p and still clear pinnacle end game content.
One of the strengths of TLI is the variety of content - they keep old season mechanics while adding new ones. It can be overwhelming at first. The other great aspect is the in-depth crafting system that has removed much of the RNG of similar games and allows you to make the exact items you need.
Early torchlight games were something i loved. I hop onto infinite every now and then. I really wish they had stuck to innovating new installments in an ongoing series of successively newer/modernized takes on ARPG mechanics with a Torchlight twist rather than locking themselves into an engine and hooking a milking machine up to it but... I guess every studio seems to want to try it. The fact that they have some whales on a hook actually never kept the game from being fun for me off and on without ever spending money, but i do hope the IP eventually finds its way back to other ways of keeping the bills paid.
I enjoy it, easy to get into, good crafting system. But bad auction house and pay to win pets. But you can enjoy yourself completely free to play. Everyone into arpg's should give it a try.
Torchlight Infinite is alright for something to do if you are sick of games you already own, and are waiting on a new game/season to play. If you go into it just as something to play until something better comes along, and don't convince yourself that somehow paying money will make the game fill a void, it is just fine.
People who played for many seasons will know how good this game is. ive played since beta but i dont even own a gacha loot pet. I peak every season without one. The game gives so much it negates the need for gacha pet.
Game is a lot of fun, been playing it the last 2 season. Starts simple and really gets in-depth. I am also enjoying D4 and Last Epoch. Can’t wait for POE2. This game s worth being in your rotation if you like arpgs.
Torchlight 2 is goated. This has overly exaggerated movement and animations. The coloring is a little weird. the pacing feels awful. I tried to play this like 3 times. I play for 10 mins and quit. I just can’t.
Torchlight ended with Torchlight 2. Wish they would have made a real Torchlight 3 instead of trying to make mobile games disguised as good games, hiding behind the name of Torchlight.
The only thing keeping it from being as good as Poe is the graphics (i don’t mind them) and the p2w aspects(which doesn’t effect me from progressing smoothly into endgame so i don’t care either)
2nd best ARPG on the market and its not rly close. Once you've played through the endgame mapping system in TLI games like LE are actually painful to play, feels like a sedative.
It feels like a mobile game through and through. Maybe because it is one. Saying it's 2nd best ARPG on the market is a wild take, and i feel genuinely sorry for your taste.
@@gentle_singularity you dont need to spend money on the game xD. Pets are the only one gains you any benefit for spending but it is not required to push to endgame
@@DoctorStrange01i mean in current state there’s way more to do the last epoch endgame and auction house trading, more smooth gameplay imo then le, tbh i think its poe first then this or d4 and then le
As a long time ARPG fan, I believe Torchlight is probably #2 for the current options for gamers looking for exciting leagues, powerful builds, and just overall fun :)) There are definitely downsides (near p2w mechanics with league based pets, but many rolls ARE given to players) I havent spent any money on the game myself, but have gotten well over 500 hours of gameplay!
What's the point of this video of cut stream pieces? How about instead you dedicate some time and talk about the game - talk cons and pros and who it may interest and who will likely will not like it. These videos are just so pointless - zero value.
It’s so cool you tried out this game, I know the pets are PTW but the game it self plays a lot like Poe before the loot nerf in kalandra league. You can actually farm in this game.
Interesting how a 'massive new season' drops and all of these streamers are now promoting the game. F this micro transaction hell hole of a game and F the chinese publishers who turned a fun game into a free to play shit fest.
If you hit a wall, paying for pet summons won't get you over it (at least in the current build). You can get like ~15% more DPS from a better pet but better gear and a better build can add zeroes onto your DPS, and those just come through playing.
It's trash, and should have stuck to mobile as PC version is crap. I quit so fast. Level 10 and I'm wearing all unique items and shooting 10 or more fireballs at once. Everything dies so fast. I like TL1 + 2, but this is p2w trash.

At this point they could remove the pets tho if it's the only thing people are not vibing with.

I hesitated to try it due to the obvious red flags; decided to give it a go. Pleasantly surprised

Tli is easily the second best Arpg avaliable atm
Fun game. Waiting for the new season. You don't need to spend a dime to finish the endgame.
Funny thing. This game is illegal in my country The Netherlands. We have some very strict anti lootbox/gacha laws.
you can still play it, just not via steam
Torchlight II is one of the greatest ARPG’s ever revealed to mortal eyes. Check it out sometime, Darth.
Good game. Yes i play poe and le and i think torchlight infinite is actually pretty good.
I played this a bit when it was in beta, but it felt too much like a PC port of a mobile game; I kinda wish they had developed a proper PC version.
Here Ordrak look like Kitava from PATH OF EXILE
Sounds like a slot machine
