You should try a fantasy romance book! I love them when I’m tired of romance tropes and books that feel too predictable. My favorites are Fourth Wing, The Bridge Kingdom, and Acotar (you have to push through to book 2 for this series though)
I've heard so much about all of those books! I definitely want to read them at some point!

Wow to the bank story, it happens sometimes. I do have the mobile banking app for my credit union so I can login(usually Face ID to keep the app more secure) when I’m at bank to look up account numbers. I feel like my mind has been all over the place with the job searching but you and I are both doing everything we can. I’m trying to keep my options open but also hoping to stay local to Ann Arbor because my APT lease is good until end of July 2024. I believe I can sublease but going through that process and also looking for a new apartment at the same time as starting a new job might be stressful. Good luck to you. With summer almost over and back to school season beginning I’m starting to get emotional again because I don’t have school to start up in a few weeks like last year. As someone who also likes to have a plan and know what my next few months to a year looks like It’s been a rough transition to post grad. So many times I wish I could go back to last school year and re live everything. Well most things but to have a day to day plan again would be great.
I totally feel you, the transition has been a little bit of a struggle :/

🥂 You are such a motivated lady, a go-getter, ambitious, happy, confident; you are everything that most of us wish we could be. Maybe you have hit 'the wall'. In the UK, August is known as the 'silly season'. Our Prime Minister goes on holiday, the newspapers mainly talk about the weather or summer sports, the Royal Family go to Scotland for their holidays, the schools are closed so generally not much happens.
What is Maine like to live? How does it compare to states like Texas, California, the Carolinas?
totally going to start calling August "silly season" from now on! Maine is a lovely place to live, it gets warm in the summer but not too hot like California and Texas do. I think overall it's pretty similar to the Carolinas!
Hey Charlotte! Happy birthday, first of all 😊 I honestly really loved this format of the reset vlogs. Don't get me wrong, I loved the old ones too, but this one was so relaxed and fluid which I loved. I have also been feeling a similar way. I have tried setting goals in the past, and unfortunately it doesn't end up working most of the time. I am going to try the "word of the month" mindset and see if that helps! I also love the vibe you have for your notion and bullet journal, it reminds me of Taylor Swift's song "August", lol. You have also re-inspired me to start bullet journaling again! Does anyone else associate colors with months? I've been doing that for my bullet journal and this is my first year doing it so I haven't done August yet. I had such a difficult time choosing colors this time. It did not end up cohesive this month... 😂
yesss I always do the same thing!! August definitely feels golden for me this year but in previous years it's felt orange/coral or teal!

Happy Belated Birthday Charlotte, as always I enjoyed this reset, and the change up.
It's nice to switch things up once in a while, seems to get out of the rut we sometimes fall into.
I know it seems like your in limbo right now, in between just graduating and excited to begin a job and moving to a new state with getting your own apt, but it'll happen, I understand, when I'm wanting something patience is hard for me, and I believe that's where you are right now.
Just keep on keeping on❤
