I saw a TikTok about about a job seeker where they went as far as to officially offer her a job but then scammed her with a bad check they sent her to deposit for wfh equipment. Hope u cast ur net wide but be careful..wish you the best! 💕
Good luck continuing to job search. I’m not a fan of group interviews and I personally don’t feel comfortable being a door to door salesperson as a young female. Yay to pumpkin drinks even though I still consider it to be summer until Labor Day.
That interview definitely feels like a red flag to me lol. I had a group interview one time and while I got the job, along with 10 other people, it just felt so sketchy while I was working there, and I got my first check "under the table" because apparently my background check was taking to long to come back 😅. Left there pretty fast haha. I just signed up for the app you reccomended because I'm part of book of the month club, and I have a bunch of books I've already read too, so gonna see if I can get them sold!
I got back into reading a few years ago now and i had 28 books just laying around my room and i am not a re-reader (and i am somewhat of a minimalist) so i thought that i would sell them all on FB marketplace and they ALL sold.. Insane! (a lot of them were from the same author so that made it easier to sell them in bundles, so that i didn't have to meet as many strangers 😂) ... Now, i am just a Kindle Girlie. 👌 💖

Hello Charlotte: I know this post is 5 months ago....and now you have moved to DC and all, but I hope that you might still see my comments: I'm going to go out on a limb here, and offer you some advice. I am possibly old enough to be your Grandmother - OK maybe not THAT old, but close. I have been a Business and Career Consultant for more than 20 years. May I offer a kind suggestion that you wear a collared shirt with your jacket when you are interviewing. I know the younger folks now don't dress as formal as us "older" working folks do, but it is always best to DRESS FOR SUCCESS. You may want to just look a little more modest with your shirts and jackets. Also: if you do wear a skirt, you may want to be sure that it does not rise up too far, when you are sitting. Remember: you want to be hired for a professional job right? You are a lovely, and smart person - be sure that you are being hired for that reason. Kind regards always, M. in Northern New York.

Do you need to wear glasses 😢? The homework and exams may have destroyed your beautiful blue eyes 😭. Almost all the girls with large beautiful eyes need to wear glasses these days 😢.
