Whatever we say, this is one festival that brings all the tribes together under one umbrella. Some might differ in opinions, feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below.
I think moral issue cannot be taken for granted we should promote hornbill, keeping in check the christian moral principles we can mix good and bad merely for promoting festival
The venue of the Hornbill Festival should change every year to different districts.... This will allow the State to showcase the beauty of each district and also ensure proper development and equal economy growth across the State . This also gives a chance to every Naga to experience it's OWN festival once in their life time considering the fact that not everyone is fortunate enough to be able to travel... Hornbill Festival is probably the biggest event in the North East and the Govt should fully grab this opportunity to promote State tourism to its fullest potential
Hornbill Festival is a good initiative, I think. As mentioned, it brings people and cultures together. Tourism industry is also given a boost. There's something in it for everyone. Having said that, I think over the past few years , Hornbill Festival has become more or less a mundane affair. It's as if our culture and traditions have been commercialised, sort of similar to people coming to the zoo to catch a glimpse of exotic animal species. And quite frankly, the best thing about this Hornbill Festival is the good roads we get for at least a month. Anyway, great video, guys. Cheers 🍺
Horny People 😂😂 You guys are underrated. The concept/contents are well thought, perfectly summarised, each arguments on both sides are spot on. Brilliantly executed! 👏👏
Jennifer Swift Sister Nagaland is a part of India and will remain so you people can hate INDIA but we will always love you , but it hurts when fellow Indians do not like to be called as Indians , we know that we have done bad things to you and we are sorry but it doesn’t mean that you are not less Indian . Please understand that you people are the future of India and together we stand as one nation can reach great heights and restore our old power
No doubt this Hornbill Festival reaches to across the world from a small locality.....this is a big positive thing to promote our culture and tourism at Nagaland. If Tourist from different parts of the world likes to attend this big festival of Nagaland then why not we???..... We must celebrate it with one and all with warmness & of course hospitable🤗 cos all those who comes will cover a story with camera and so on..... This will add more attraction and knowledge for others about this festival & our places.
The camera's will also cover our roads condition.Which might leave a bad impression on the other tourist that are planning on visiting nagaland in future. Afterall, its often said that "First impression is the last impression" which is very true to a certain extent. First come development, then comes festivals.😁 No pun intended..peace✌🤘
A debate that will carry on eternally. Well played DU... Learned A lot personally because honestly i have never witnessed this festival . Not just yet but will soon plan for it. The role kolar baba played was Literally me. I always had pessimistic thoughts about this fest but this 5minute video made me understand better. Thank you and keep spreading happiness.
Really saddened to learn that my classmate passed away last night on 1st December , from accident after attending this horrible festival where people think it is not their problem to sell alcohol to young people just because it benefits them .They don't think abt this young and carefree youths who just wanna enjoy life and the elders exhibit such evil business of selling alcohol and doesn't even consider to think abt the poor sons and daughters whose life they are putting at risk. He was just 25...We Nagas need to be careful otherwise this festival is starting off by costing someone's life. Be careful people.
kitty meow tq for ur precious words.....I too don't really like hornbill festival bc it is against our religion, I want some one like u n me to raise our voices to stop tis festival bc we r Christian Naga's not Naga's hornbill
Cant say who won the battle ..😂😂both of them r right ..it all depends on our will whether we want to go or not...Brother i would like to request u guys a video on road conditions of our state
I was like... When one of them speaks, oh yeah! He is right.....Then the other one speaks... Gosh! That's so true....and just like that this video ended giving me so much knowledge and also the truth about our society.
What a coincidence! This evening i was discussing about the hornbill festival with one of my neighbour, it's good like it gives opportunity to all the local taxis, hotels and so on but i was thinking why is it necessary to host that festival every year only in kohima, if the Nagaland government really wants to promote our culture or say show it to the world then it could have host in every district one after another, so that every tribe will get equal opportunities, i hope you understand what I'm saying. Thank you
Agreed, either we take it the right way or wrong way..we get to learn the culture of other tribes too..and bdw it's really helping out the near by villagers out there👍 hilarious act at the last..😂😂
indeed...watever u guys saying r so true... hope the hornbill festival organizer watch this very video n make a change... change in a better waY... " long live Dreams unlimited "😘
U guys do it so well....very skillfully presented and whole act, yes, it's absolutely how it is , different views and perspectives. I would rather take the moral of this story.
in me The Hornbill Festival is to bring all tribes of Nagaland into one platform and create a sense of unity among different tribes, and to resurrect the culture and tradition that is dying a slow death
Really it is... We people have different opinions towards this festivals, some say bad and some say good about it and when we retrospect all our views are true whether it's negative or positive comment we cannot deny the fact. But really it depends on one's thinking and the problems will solve by one's positive perception.
@@chonkik5754 there is a sarcasm behind my comment about typical Nagas. Anyway afterall it's free to share our own opinion. Let's agree to disagree. Peace
