This morning I got that side pain with the sensation in my urinary track and I started vomiting- with the coronavirus I did a video session with an MD and he diagnosed a kidney stone. No way to see a urologist for weeks with the coronavirus pandemic - found your video and starting drinking warm water and tea and jumping - about 3 or so hours later I go to urinate and lo and behold the stone came out. You made a difference today so thank you! Be well!

Came across this video and your comment and asked him to do the same but he is afraid of drinking that much of water because he is not able to pass the urine with flow and it feels stone is stucked in urethra.

Had a 4mm stone this past week that was already close to the bladder. Things I did included taking Theralith, Coconut water, lemon juice, lots of fluids. I’m sure all those helped a bit but this video got rid of the stone in less than an hour. Thank you so much! Here was the process:
Jump and land hard (total of 5 minutes)
    Bump on stairs (2 minutes)
    Drink a Bud Light
Take a 10 minute hot shower with water focused on kidney area.

I’m here to say thank you. Started doing these exercises today. ER says I was beginning to pass a 5mm stone, which was still in the kidney. I hope by now it is in the ureter. My severe pain started on Sunday and I wrongly assumed I had a ruptured disc and back problems. When OTC meds could not offer any relief and the pain kept increasing, I had to seek medical attention. I went to the ER Tuesday morning and was prescribed medications to relieve the pain, along with medicine to ease muscle spasms and another to help relax the ureter. In addition to these, I’m also taking Chanca Piedra extract three times a day to reduce inflammation and soften or smooth the stone. Today is Friday, three days taking all the substances and drinking 100oz. of water daily. I feel hopeful and confident now that this stone will come out soon by implementing these tips you’ve shared:
    1. Chug large amounts of water at once to create pressure
    2. Jump up and down forcefully on heals to jolt the stone
    3. Plop forcefully on backside on a hard surface (step on a staircase or side of tub) to force the stone to move
    4. Urinate forcefully to help eject it out

Hey mate, I know this video is old and It's been years. But I have watch it last night, over and over.
Bit of story, 2 days ago I woke up 4 in the morning with pain in my left back. It just wouldn't go or even fade. Went to doctor gave me IM tramadol, some tablets to take home for pain. Order forpathology and CT scan.
I was able get the procedures done in 1 day. Result of Ct came back I have 3mm kidney stone in UJV. Doctor said it should pass on its own.
Anyways so 2 days later it hasn't passed. So went back to doctor, gave me a tablet to relax the ureter.
I prepared my self to do this manuever from your video. This time I drunk 1L coconut water within 10 minutes (I feel like I'm about to vomit with the water I already consume, makes no sense but whatever). Jump and jump like you shown but more!!! Probably 100x. I felt pain but I just kept going.
Later 1st pee but nothing. Oh I took a white bucket and use it so I can see clearly. 2nd pee more clear colour but nothing. 3rd pee I tried to force it like your garden hose, looked at the bucket and it's sort of light brown colour and seems like blood clot. Now I thought I have my period. Got gloves and squeezed it, now that's Hard. Then I cried,😭. I knew it was the stone.
Mate, you just gave me comfort and peace of mind. Can't thank you enough. You have been helping a lot of people. I wish you all the best and blessings. Thank you again.

Two to three hours later went to the bathroom to pee for the 20th time and the stone shot out. I reached into the toilet and picked it up and put it into the medicine bottle with my other stone collection. Will make a ring and use the stones in a setting on the ring later.

Thank you for this video. It saved me a lot of pain. I just passed my first (smooth) stone. It took about 5 weeks and was about 4.5mm (as also measured on the CT). I was in ER about 5 weeks ago as I had no idea what was wrong. The usual symptoms - strong dull very painful ache whether sitting, standing or in any position. It was around a 7-8 on the pain scale. At first I wondered if I had pulled my back or had food poisoning but I just had this gut feeling it was something else. ER diagnosed a kidney stone and sent me home on flomax, zofran and oxy. I never used the zofran or the oxy. Week 1 was the most challenging with pain from mild to moderate. Anytime it would get to moderate pain (3-5 on the pain scale) I would almost immediately Jump and it would almost always knock the pain back down to a 1 or 2. At night if it could only knock it down to a 3 then I took one 200mg advil to get back to sleep. I did not super drink a lot and wait 25 min to jump when I had pain - rather, I jumped right away. While I did do the super drink ritual a few times a week I always did the jump immediately when my pain level went up and it knocked it down. I wonder if jumping a lot made the stone smoother (maybe breaking spikes if there were any). I think jumping certainly helps stones to pass faster as it moves it out of a jarred position. I read comments that some have torn ACL's and can't do this but I would think they could still do the "Bump" I did a lot of other things including Chanca Piedra, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. I tried the heating pad just a few times but found warm-hot showers to work a lot better. After week 1 I never really felt any pain at all and believe it or not it concerned me as so many people talk about horrible pain they feel. I never felt it enter my bladder and never knew when it was in my bladder. I caught it unexpectedly with a strainer. I think the Jump - Bump helped a lot to immediately knock the pain level down from moderate to mild. I also found that it was a lot easier for me to drink warm-slightly hot water than cold. I started getting into a morning ritual: I would set my keurig to 6 oz hot water and mix with 6oz cold in my cup and easily drink that while preparing some oatmeal. It was easy to drink 12oz in the morning then another 12oz of water in oatmeal when preparing and then another 12oz of chanca piedra hot tea then 30 min later one flomax pill. Then more drinking throughout the day. The problem with all this drinking is I found myself in the bathroom all the time. Then I would try to continue to drink throughout the day and every so often include 2tbs lemon juice or 1 tbs ACV diluted in 12oz warm water. That's my story

I must have passed the one that was hurting, because I was pain free for a week or so, But this week the pain is back with a vengeance. It's been hurting at the top of my hip, so I'm pretty sure it's in my ureter now. I don't have medical insurance, so I'm desperate not to have surgery. Your method really works. I passed my first kidney stone from my kidneys to my bladder by using the jumping method. This is what I did :I drank as much warm water that I could in 10 minutes. Then I waited for 30 minutes and started jumping and stomping around. I know it's extremely painful, but trust me, it will actually relieve the pain once completed. I continued this on and off for a day and a half. The stomping and jumping, along with the force of a full bladder, will force the kidney stone to pass. It's like shooting a spit wad through a straw. I also drank beer. I don't care how bad beer is, it is a diuretic and will make you piss more. I am on day 3 and I haven't pissed out the stone, but I know it's in my badder right now. My kidneys or side no longer hurts. The jumping and stomping method really works, just take pain killers before you start it. I thought I'd pass along my advice because I know how miserable kidney stones can be, and people will try anything to relieve the pain.

I wish I passed my stones that quick, the longest I’ve had one was 60 days. My largest stone was 9 1/2mm, according to the X-Ray, I’ve never put my hands on one. Because of the size of mine I’ve had to do the Ureteroscopy procedure 3 times, the external laser, when you lay in the water 3 as well. Which they do, all depends on where they get stuck, and shape, I think. Mine will prevent me from using the bathroom, sometimes, as well, so the big ones sit around in my bladder. They’ll keep messing with me using the restroom, until I get them removed. Fortunately, they don’t hurt in my bladder, it’s not until they try to enter my urethra. I’m dealing with one now, that’s how I found your channel, looking for pain tricks. I share all the same symptoms, besides throwing up, and I’m definitely going to try your trick.
The only trick I found besides Ibuprofen, whenever the stone prevents me from going to the bathroom. This’s a little embarrassing, but maybe it’ll help someone. Whenever it blocks my urethra, I lay down on the floor, wait 10-15min, and I’m able to get out at least 3/4 of my bladder in a bottle. Not sure if u have to wait, im assuming it’s gravity doing the work, I’m just never eager to endure the pain again, so I like to take a breather. LoL
The way I understood it, the stone moves through 4 stages, but it sounds like you only experience pain during the final stage, or do you think they move through your body that fast? If so, lucky you, I wish it was a 24hr thing for me. I get the pain you experience, but it may go away for a week, comeback a couple days, and go away. The ones I’m able to pass take about 2wks. I think ppl can get use to living with the mild pain and just ignore it. But when the pains in full effect, I don’t think anyone can ignore it. I’ve yet to feel anything that comes close.🤬
BOL, and thanks for sharing your tip. I’m sorry about the long rant, but this’s kept me busy thinking about something besides my pain. So thanks again for that!

Try to drink (pure lemon juice) and shot glass of ( apple cider vinegar). Also, buy some (chanca piedra). All these products desolve the stones as well as helping them to pass through with less friction. Works for me, and they’re very cheap. The pure lemon juice, I simply get 2 lemons and throw them into the blender, put the shot glass of apple cider vinegar in there and 8oz of water, gulp it down first thing in the morning. This is what works for me.

I was in the ER yesterday for over 6 hours. I had to wait over four hours in pain before they ran a CT scan. At age 64, it’s my first time ever having kidney stones. They are rare in women, but the physician’s assistant in the ER said she had never seen this … I have 3 stones and they are on both sides. On the right side I have a 4mm stone and on the left side I have two stones, one 2mm and the other 8mm. They sent me home with Oxycodone which hasn’t touched the pain! I feel like I’m going crazy with the pain. Of course, it happened going into the Christmas holiday weekend, so I can’t contact my urologist until Tuesday. I don’t know how I’m going to survive the non-stop pain for three more days!

Thank you for this! Gonna try it. I’m almost 40 and have been getting these since college, every 1-2 years. Recently got back from Disneyland / CA Adventure where I rode a few roller coasters over and over and guess what… I think it jostled the little bugger out into my ureter. Had two surgeries last summer and have been watching my diet and water like a hawk so I was VERY DISAPPOINTED to say the least. I feel your pain! Props to you for making this and thanks again. Fingers crossed.

Today was my 3rd day since I went to ER in terrible right side pain, and they sent me home with a 2,2mm stone on my right side and 1,5 mm on my left kidney(painless). On the second day I started feeling how the stone was moving down with cramps and terrible pain, on the 3rd day I started moving my body, small jumps and the cramps started to feel more often and more painfull, since 6 am and 7 pm I walked, and jumped, drank lots of water barely eat food and suddenly started to feel a sharp pain and a pressure in my bladder, it took me couple times to pee and push and the stone was out! Your video did work thank you! .

This method hasn’t worked for me yet but I’ve tried it multiple times. It may work for me one day / eventually but just a heads up to not jump or bump TOO hard. I think I gave myself some kind of back pain after a night of intense jumps and bumps. Hope its just temporary. Maybe this is self explanatory but figured I’d mention it since some of the comments here do say “hard as you can handle”.

I’ve been stabbed before more then once and it feels exactly the same as the pain I get from kidney stones. This is my second time having stones. First time had a camera and laser put up my penis to break them up then turned me over and used key hole surgery to remove remaining stones. This time I’m praying I can pass it naturally.

I have never tried this method. I have battelled stones twice. First stone was only 1mm and put me in the hospital 3 times for the pain. It took 4 days to pass. The second stone was 2mm and was back in the hospital again. This time the hospital gave me flowmax. I passed the stone in about two hours. I will definitely give this technique a try god forbid I have number 3! Thanks for the tip. If this works it will literally save me thousands in medical bills.

I can't thank you enough for sharing this valuable information, may all your wishes come true. I found your video few months ago when i had a 8 mm stone stuck it was already day three since the pain started and i took pain killer shots and the doctor said no other option other than surgery to break the stone down, but after seeing your video i got hope and started doing the Jump and Bump method and felt the pain slowly moving down, simultaneously i was taking some alternate medicine which claimed to dissolve stone and by next day the pain had subsided so i wasn't sure was it the Jump and Bump or the medicine which did the trick but I didn't see the stone or fragments coming out so i thought the medicine has dissolved the stone, but actually what has happened is the stone moved to the bladder after doing the Jump and Bump and it came out last month while peeing in same size as it was diagnosed, now few days back i got another stone moved out of the kidney and i knew it should be something small from the ct scan that was taken last time and i didnt hesitate just took pain killer shot in the morning and throughout the day followed the steps you shared and i could feel the pain slowly moving down hour after hour and by night i was alright. I want to share my heartfelt thanks again and I will share this with as much as people I can

just got told be the doc that i have a 3mm stone right now, i have flaring back pains and everything hurts to pee and all the symptoms you said, i have. soo yah, gonna do this, i can't believe the doctors didn't say anything to me about jumping around, this makes so much sense to just try an jostle it loose so it passes quicker, warms baths help too, for anybody out there with this, a nice hot bath will help with pain before bed time. plus laying down gets the stone out of the blocking way. just be mindful if you have a stone that is actually to large to pass, you'll have bigger issues and need to see a doctor.
