The Revamped version of this song was requested for Rocktober but since I didn't hear the original, I thought why not do a double feature! I actually kind of love double feature videos.. Whether it's covers, or a band doing a different version of their own song (which is an extra cool concept to me!). And it's our first one of Rocktober. 😏

For your questions during the original that's how they looked normally 😂 this was during the 2000's emo/ scene image a lot of bands in the genre did

The first version was off their debut album "The Drug In Me Is You" in 2011. "I'm Not A Vampire" along with "The Drug In Me Is You" have been re-released as "reimagined" versions. I would check out the original version of "The Drug In Me Is You" and then "The Drug In Me Is Reimagined" I actually like the reimagined version of that song much better than the original.
I will have to do a double feature for that one sometime soon. 😊 I'm unfamiliar with both of those so I think it would make a good video. I like doing the comparisons and it's rare to see bands doing this with their own songs.
When I first saw this video I sat silent staring at my computer for at least 5 full minutes. ❤

This is an amazing video and song. Another great band that reinvents his own songs is Twenty One Pilots. Tyler and Ronnie are very different but are both amazing musicians.
It is his girlfriend and they filmed this in their house. Amazing how a vampire's lifestyle is so similar to that of a drug addict.
