The dealer told me I could start my car remotlely but I had to downlaod the lexus app and start my car through my app on my phone. Didn't tell me about starting it this way. Thanks for the info. I like this way better.

They never told me about the key fob remote to start my car when I picked it up. I think they want to continue to sell the Lexus App when the warranties are up and your "3 year free trial" expires. Did you know you can also open all the windows and sunroof by just holding the unlock button for about 5 seconds. They don't tell you that either. Works great when the car's been sitting out in the sun for an extended period of time.

Love the videos , we just bought a 2019 RX 350 we thought for sure it would have a digital speedometer read out , but we cant find it , does it have it somewhere?

So you specifically said any 2018 or newer excluding the GX model that you can remote start using your factory keyfob... Now I got a 2019 RX350 and this procedure did not work so my question is, is this disabled on purpose from my dealership in the hopes that I would come in one day to pay them to enable this feature? It doesn't make sense if I payed for a car with what ever standard features that comes with it, including anything that is already installed, it shouldn't be disabled for any reason at all. This applies to your Lexus Enform subscription with the claims that my Lexus dealership boldly says, remote start only works with Enform. So anyone reading this let me tell you plain and simple, YOU DO NOT NEED A SUBSCRIPTION of any kind to be able to use your remote starter from the keyfob. That service just allows you to use the Lexus App to do exactly what your keyfob already does and it's false advertisement if stated otherwise.

You do nothing with the temperature, it runs on 72 Deg on default.(room temp) even if you have it off.
Then when you go into the car & actually take it off the remote start (regular run) it'll then default to your settings.

1.Get the lexus app on your phone
2. Register your VIN number
3. Start your car using the video above
Is that the white with black logo app? I tried my 2020 RX and it did not recognise the VIN🤷♀️

I don't understand why a 2020 Lexus LX 570 is not starting remotely,does it have to be programmed factorily or it has to be programmed from the vehicle's internal setting.
I also have a 2019 lx 570 it never worked I think you need the app or something
@@HaroonAbdo try either the sequence with either the lock or unlock button. It should work. For me it didnt work with the unlock button but worked with the lock button

It should work. I did the instruction using this video but it did not work. However, I saw another video with a commentator was saying to press lock button only 2 times and hold for 9 sec on the 3rd time. It worked fine for me.

Same here bud. I just bought a 2021 Lexus NX 300 F sport and I will tell you this instruction is invalid. I found the instruction on another video and a commentator was saying to press the lock button 2 times and on the 3rd time hold it for 9 sec (you will see the car light started blinking/flashing). It worked fine for me. I was so happy I saw that comment. Try it, it should work on yours.
My 2020 Lexus NX 300 F Sport will not do this no matter what sequence I use.
@@evanski2271 It works, I got the same car. What works for me: press lock, then press lock twice, and on the 3rd press hold. Also, when pressing 2nd and 3rd time, do it fast. Good luck.
