My first bike was a 72 XLCH that literally came in milk crates. I put it together by myself from manuals. Took a very long time but it beat having some narcissist talking down to me. I sure wish this guy could teach that young guy rather then be condescending to him.
so when did you go from a black rolling frame to a red roller ? What rear tire did you install? Rear swing arm looks to be original, what rear tire is that ? Dont look to be a 150!

this bike has always been red. 130/90x16" rear tire. the chassis is all stock 1972.
