I think my main issue with the Javelin is that it doesn't appear to arc, and that's the appeal of the weapon, that you can shoot it from behind something. Hopefully in the future a workaround will be found to make it so that it shoots up before it starts homing.
Oh yeah i renemer that independence day mod. I Whole heartedly recommend it! I also whole heartedly recommend people make a save before installing the mod too
