Hello Nasia, I quit over a year ago on January 9th. I did not use the program because I did not have the money at that time but I still go on the Facebook group to share advice and positivity with other members who are struggling. You are great!
The price is a lot higher than the last timeI checked (2 or3 yrsago). Was hoping I could finally do this. But I will try again with the videos and fb group. Better mindset now.
Hello! The CBQ Program has been upgraded since then. (And the new version won awards!!) We're happy to have you in the CBQ Method group, you'll get a lot of help there :)
Why is it so expensive compared to 6 days programs like Quitsure. Im sure alot of hard work was put into making something like the CBQ program but why not lower the price so it can help transform so many more peoples life ? Wouldn't you want to help as many people as possible ?
Because we want to help as many people as possible, we offer all these free resources mentioned in the video, including a Facebook community where our team offers advice and this RUclips channel. The CBQ Program is a transformational course that requires more resources from us. It's not fair to say "Wouldn't you want to help as many people as possible?" when we're the only method that offers so many free resources - resources people use every day and succeed!
Smoking is 80% a mental addiction and only 20% physical. What keeps us addicted to smoking is not so much the nicotine itself (as this substance has a short half life and leaves the body in a matter of days) but our mental and behavioral attachment to smoking/vaping. Pills of Bupropion or varenicline cannot change how you think about smoking or stop you from seeing it as your friend, companion and routine. If you want to use medication, make sure you *also* follow the 4 quit-smoking stages of the CBQ Method so you can change your relationship with cigarettes. You can learn more about aids and medication in this article: cbqmethod.com/stop-smoking-aids/
I have used Bupropion twice, it worked to control cravings however each time after a few years I returned to smoking when stressed. I think you need a change in mindset to stop for good so will be trying the CBQ method.
Have you done the CBQ Method by yourself or with the CBQ Program? Let me know about your journey in the comments 👇
