Nicely done again. However, I am a little concerned about that 'sitting' water near the drain. Will that always be the case, or will it stream to the drain (Even more do when it rains)?

Yes it will drain over time

The puddle will Most definitely will cause issues and since they used polymeric sand it will not percolate down as when using polymeric sand it is not considered a permeable paver, also I have never seen a professional company lay pavers from the base side like you they have.
