I made a couple of videos on how reading classics has benefited us as a family and how it helped shape our family culture but today I wanted to expand on how it helped me as a mother and all the soul-nourishing, heart-filling beauty I’ve gotten in our pursuit of a classical education. Mother culture is so important and there’s an amazing, almost unexpected thing that happens when you as a mother who doesn’t come from the classical education/ Charlotte Mason world start teaching your children, where suddenly your own soul and heart open up to the truth, goodness, and beauty that you bring into your home.
