Although it was canon I think her knocking Naruto and Kurama out was more of a comedic scene rather than a feat of strength. We all know she couldn't actually do that if it was a serious episode because kid Naruto took a 64 palms from Neji which he was known as the "Prodigy of the Hyuga" and still didn't get knocked out.

As boruto is now, he cannot beat full power sasuke. Not even a chance, boruto will have to under-go some training and unlock new forms to possibly surpass sasuke which will happen after the time-skip.

*I think that I could give an explanation to this:*
Unfortunately Himawari received the evil chakra from Kurama. *Do you remember that it was said that the chakra of the Bijuus is very dark, and that Kurama’s even had hatred?*
Well Himawari was unlucky enough to absorb that chakra from Naruto / Kurama. This was done as a way of getting rip of Kurama's evil chakra. But since that evil chakra was not dispersed or sealed, but rather be in someone and slowly taking shape and consciousness.
*In conclusion:*
That chakra was Kurama's feelings, emotions and ideals before Naruto saved him. After that it left Kurama body, but since Naruto did not release that part, it took Himawari as a new contender.
Sorry if the explanation is a bit long, but I wanted to try to explain myself as best as possible what happened :3

It could be possible though. If the writers are down with writing that tailed beast chakra can be passed down in childbirth, which would be a retcon, then it's no stretch at all to explain this away. Himawari's tailed beast chakra could posses a kind of "newborn consciousness" and want to take over her body the same way old Kurama did. The power was passed down, but not the individual that Kurama came to be after living inside Naruto, or something.
I don’t see her getting it at all tailed beasts are fodder to otstuski and she don’t have that much chakra and life force for kurama this is cool tho

That actually makes sense because she has the same whiskers like naruto and probably just like kurama said some of the tail beast chakra might have slipped in which gave her the same one as him and she already has two tails formed at this age so technically speaking there might have been atleast a 5% percentage that it got transferred to them both through reproducing hmmmm this is interesting

Nah, It doesn't make any sense really. Because that would mean you could create an infinite amount of Tailed Beast clones with no repercussions at all simply by the transference of chakra. If there was tail beast chakra that somehow got transferred to himaru from the ninetails, then it simply be just that, a limited supply of nine tails chakra that she could possibly draw upon but would eventually just be used up. Remember when Naruto gave the entire shinobi alliance tail beast cloaks? They were simply limited amounts of chakra that were used up the moment Naruto stopped transferring chakra.

That’s strange the disposition of the tailed beast is what effects how corrupting the chakra is to the user not the chakra itself. Also a tailed beast isn’t genetic and Kurama is the general source of the chakra which currently resides in Naruto.
