The manga actually shows that Sakura was meant for Sasuke . She and him both blushed throughout their team 7 moments together. The anime didn’t follow the original for whatever reason. Small nuances were removed, including sakuras skills.
The 3rd actually did exactly what Naruto needed in a sense he knew the village wouldn't except him due to the incident with the nine tails but he secretly did stuff on the sidelines for him who do you think got Naruto and his sensei together i forgot his name but the guy who gave Naruto his headband the one who's parents died in the incident that Naruto was apart of he gave Naruto someone to trust and rely on and another thing he gave Naruto a place to live freely than met kakashi and after that he grew up to be an amazing figure and that's due to everyone that helped him including the 3rd Naruto was like another grandson to him not sure why you all gotta bash the 3rd because you can't open your eyes enough to see what the big picture is Minato was the 3rds pupil he was like a son to the 3rd he knew what responsibilities Naruto had in the future and wanted to make sure even if he ended up alone he will manage to do what is right he died for his people/family so his citizens are indeed his family and he did what he could do for Naruto without driving the village to go berserk due to there loss one's demise from the nine tales incident..
