Ive been making Hair Organizers for 4 yrs and i just love Spot light its my favourite shop, they hsve everything there, hi From New Zealand
I save more on fabric than what I end up spending at spotlight, it’s so good! Also, the “soho stretch polyester” fabric is being discontinued there and I bought out the rest in store today because they were on clearance from $19 per metre to $4.80 a metre

Taylah since all your products are small you should consider getting a photo box for your photography. They aren’t very expensive in the smaller sizes and rain or shine, day or night, you will always have good lighting in your photos! Also they come with different color backgrounds although I only use the white ever. I got mine from Amazon and some people make their own with materials from the dollar store/other convenience stores.
They are called light boxes not photo box 🤦🏽♀️😂
Still near the beginning of your vlog so you may change further along but I use the burrito method around a ready made hair elastic as I have found nice stretchy ones that I really like, it takes much longer doing it that way then without doing it around elastic and would definitely thread through after if it wasn't for wanting to use the ready made ones...my top tip for sewing them anyway though is to sew them so that you sew through the lined up seem first which makes it super easy to find the hole after as it will be near the short seem...hope that all makes sense 🙈 I'll get back to the rest of your vlog now 😊 xx

Sewing around the elastic is really easy.
Your way of making them looks a lot easier than the way I make them but everyone does things different.

Hi Lady, can you please tell me what brand of hair claws you have. There are a lot of really cheap ones on the market that break just by using them or even by dropping them. Thank you.

Hi, I make my scrunchies using the method you used before the burrito - but I really struggle sewing up the last bit (where you add the label) as I find its too thick for my machine and the needle stays in one place without the fabric moving along. Any suggestions to solve this? Thanks :)
Possibly try a new/different sort of needle ☺️

do the xl scrunchies stretch for thick hair or are they just fluffier than small scrunchies
My wide elastic is for normal- thick hair, they wrap around only twice-three times and have a secure hold ☺️ these are perfect for thick hair
Do you prefer to cut with scissors or a rotary cutter?
I prefer rotary cutter it’s much straighter than I could cut with scissors and a lot easier on the hand ☺️
What are the sizes of the box

You never had an issue with the elastic opening up since its not sewn ..... I make a knot but i hate it because it takes up the elastic

Hey lovely! I have a quick question, How much normal sized Scrunchies do you get out of half a metre? I have my own small business and I only can get 8-9 and I can see other business getting at least 15 😭
Hey! I get around 18 in a full metre so around 9 in half i use a lot of material in my scrunchies, those that can make heaps with a metre wouldn’t be using as much

You don't sew the elastic, just glue it and it holds?
She sews it before closing the scrunchie up/adding her tag. She does everything in batches and the sewing elastic step is a step in itself in her process.
