    It's taken a couple of months but i finally have my morning routine down. I have to leave by 8.15 and I always left from home in a rush until I started waking up early and fixed a routine. The powers of habit stacking are real 😂

    I study on my way school because i spend 1 and half hour in bus 😂 and i can't also take phone with me because it's school so i just study all my tests and i get good marks hehe PRO TIP 💖
    In morning i do 20 min Yoga then i do 5 min Meditation then i get ready for school and then i breakfast and listen to songs hehe it's make me feel good 😊

    Girlll, thank you for this . Especially about the sleep routine. I used to blame myself for not waking up the same time every morning or not waking up earlier. This soothes my soul really. So we can wake up at the time we want.. now I'm feeling better, that we can still make a healthy routine.

    Hello ma'am
    I'm a college student and have most of my classes from 8:30 am. I wake up at 5:30, freshen up. read aloud affirmations, practice guided meditation from 10 mins, then plan my day, make my breakfast and then head to college.
    Also, I listen to my fav songs in the morning while getting ready. the only thing that was missing in my morning routine was workout or something which is good for my body. thank you so much for pointing it out.
    I'll make sure to incorporate it in my daily routine from tomorrow onwards. You always boost my confidence and make me fall in love with my body.

    Needed this sooooo desperately.... Lately my days have been so crammed up with stuff to do that I feel like I hardly have time to breathe and when I do get some time I just feel like disconnecting from my present by mindless scrolling or reading fiction.... I figured I need to take care of myself amidst all this chaos cuz it's just as important as building my dream future.... Mornings are the most favorite part of my day and I've been looking for productive and healthy morning routines even though I hardly have any time to spare even if I wake up around 5:30.... So thanks a lot for this!

    Hey Girlies, just a reminder... the sleep gummies i.e. melatonin taken externally may cause your periods to delay. I had to take it for a while cause of irregular sleeping pattern and took it like for a month and my periods got delayed for more than week (FYI - I have very regular periods and on time)
    I really got terrified and did some research and found this connection about melatonin and periods . Hope this helps .

    I knew the idea of using your commute time to listen to audio books and podcast and actually whenever I wash the utensils before going to sleep I always put on any podcast on any audiobook to utilise my time😂❤ at first I somehow found it funny how I am getting knowledge at the same time I am doing household chores but also I loved the fact that I am gaining knowledge and utilising my time in a better way❤

    How to have a long-lasting morning routine -
    1. Wake up 90 mins before you want to start your day
    2. Prep the night before
    3. Hydrate
    4. Hi-five yourself in the mirror
    5. Start small - Can use the 3-pronged approach
    6. One grounding activity
    7. Hype music when you are getting dressed - limit the no. of songs to ensure it doesn't take you too long
    8. Simplify the activities/routines you have in the morning
    9. Habit stacking - Or combine activites
    10. Plan out your day before you start your day - To-do list or schedule things on your calendar
    11. Leverage your commute

      There was a time when I used to wake up at 6, brush my teeth, meditate, go out for a walk with my friend, take a shower, have breakfast, go to college, and get a lot of things done in a day.

    Thank you for talking about flexible waking up schedule 😃 because the pressure to always wake up early and at the same time everyday is exhausting and it created an exactly reverse impact on my mind. In the fear of not being able to have a same routine sleep schedule, I ended up waking up late and running late to work everyday🥲

    I had a smile while listening to Habit Stacking part as you mentioned that you can listen to podcast while taking shower as i always do this like -:
    I listen to stand up while cooking, i put on some religious tracks while having shower and i was listening to her talk which i really love while going through my mails and it instantly made me feel that I'm already few path ahead✌

    I don't know if you read it or not but Its been 3 month since i sleep on time and made routine after a long period of depression and i Start.sleeping on time.wale.up and time because i always get anxious when i go.tto. my bad or after just waking up if I have something to do in morning I feel anxious from night I feel very anxious like I can't sleep whole night just thinking that I have to do this in morning and the whole day was just like so messed up because of the thing was in my head that I have to do.something but I think one thing is really helpful for me in all these stuff is that positive self talk when I change the way I talk to myself for the limiting beliefs are set for myself I literally feel so good after that anything it's been 3 months I wake up on time I sleep on time I again taking my classes I start focused on my hobby I do households also focused on my hobby my studies myself and also I have a fear that I wantstart a RUclips channel or do some content creation stuff in all but I feel so ensure just thinking about that or I feel very insecure about it I don't know why but it just I feel like that but since it's been too much I think I started content on my insta and then after prepare myself I also start uploading something on my RUclips and I found out your channel in 2023 January and from now on I think my life was changed a lot this channel help me a lot in every face of my life i achive soo many things i I complete my so many goals ajeeb so many things after having a very tough time I think 2023 was the most worst of my life but it's still I achieve so many things you are my mentor❤❤lot of love

    Is this really true that we need 8 hrs of sleep? Like first of all we don't get time to sleep specially 8 hrs and then it's said that teenagers have a different sleep cycle meant for them

      Not necessarily everyone has different sleep needs. Like someone needs 5-6hours and then they are active enough for the day. Some needs 7-8hours. See what suits you
