- JayByrd Films descended on Las Vegas to capture this fly through at the T-Mobile Arena as the @NHL prepped for the 2022 All Star Game. It’s always a challenge coordinating the route through a massive space like this, but it’s so satisfying when it turns out like this one. Sound design by the incredibly talented Taylor Lewin.

Your sound design perfected. Well done. A huge jump from your other productions. Very well synced.
Absolute perfection...as we've come to expect!
Great video presentation and a surprising ending!
Bro Nurk has some serious competition nowadays.
Well Done!!
Simply superb and delightful aerial artwork👍👍
1:41 - OMG, it's legendary Mark Messier!
Amazing work!
This video is awesome dude!
This was the best part of the entire NHL All Star broadcast/media this year IMO...
Absolutely amazing! Thanks for the high-res upload!
This is the most amazing thing I've seen in a long time.
Can't get enough of your videos.
Another professional and outstanding drone video from jaybyrdfilms!!!
I'm waiting for a behind the scenes video where one drone follows another.
That was outstanding and sick 👊🏻👍
Very nice as always, how'd you maintain signal through this? Really impressive.
Probably cranked his VTX power up and using a patch array or spliced multiple takes together, or both:)
And how he drown out drone-itself sounds?
@@yurttgjk I think the sound was recorded completely external and put together with much much work.
@@yurttgjk sound design ;)
It doesn’t get any better than this.
Always amazing 👏
wow
Did you happen to do that ads for Resorts World? Drone shots seem very similar. Stellar video! Love it!
Wow! Incredible man!
Well done man
Was this acro or angle mode?
looks like we have a first time pilot here. ;)
that was awesome, what drone was used for this?
good job
La raja.
I love watching the NHL, but I worry about inclusion and all the vulnerable women that may be harmed.
Epic af
This was UNREAL. It was the most impressive thing all weekend. (Sorry, players!) My jaw was on the floor when I saw it the first time.
WOW!
Красавалла брателла
Genius!
Wow! What drone did you use for this?
Amazing!
hell yea
Putting aside the absurd lunacy of having a huge hockey rink in Las Vegas, very nice work.
As inane as a hockey rink in Vegas is, it fits the M.O. of a gambling city built in the desert that also contains a mini Eiffel tower.
My only critique of this masterpiece is more technical than anything. Sometimes on these videos the panning side to side is kind of jittery and it seemed noticeable in some of the more interior shots on this video. Kind of takes me out of it a little for what is an otherwise brilliantly smooth flight. Probably a hardware limitation as far as what you can mount in a small cinewhoop to be able to get bright footage at a higher frame rate? Or maybe the sensor/shutter technology as to how it records fast motion? Curious what your take is on this, thanks.
It's usually a byproduct of stabilisation (or dynamic reframing) in post applied to frames with a low shutter speed
I reacted to the same thing. Almost feels like it was filmed at 24 fps then scaled to 30 fps and then scaled to 60 fps, but who knows.
Yeah, this has been through a botched frame-rate conversion. Looks like it at some point was 24 FPS, then converted to 30, and then to 60. If you freeze the video and then single step it, frame by frame (using . on the keyboard) you will see that the frame cadence is F_F__F_F__, where F = new frame, and _ = copy of the last frame.
Seeeek!
There's no place like Vegas
Another one!
I don't believe for a second that they were allowed to fly a drone indoors that close to people.
They would be if they were actors/signed waivers and it was choreographed, which it clearly was I think. Not sure how much CG might be used here, as I don't know much about video production or CG! I just was curious about that as well and realized it was choreographed very precisely.
How are you suggesting this was filmed then?
Viva la stool.
Это тебе не в дуло танка залететь)))
