When I read "Great Tenor..." I clicked and ,oh boy, what did I hear? A voicissimo on par with some soft crooners...... very sure not a great tenor. A case of clickbait, probably?

Roberto Alagna immediately replied that in his opinion Tino Rossi had a very great voice. Surely Tino Rossi's voice cannot compete with classical singers in terms of projection, but I'd trust Master Alagna's opinion rather than yours, and IMHO most howling tenors are out of context with this popular song.
