Beautiful voice and such clarity for an old recording his great instrument still comes through.
I once heard this Lithuanian tenor sing this same aria. I was amazed at the power and great resonance of his voice. More of a dramatic the lyric tenor. And his Italian pronunciation isn't bad here at all. I still don't know why he didn't become more well know outside of Eastern Europe and Russia He has a superb voice and stage presence. Mille grazie for sharing this. Che bellissima voce !
