Yup I switched over to Essential oils 2yrs ago. It's so much better for you.
Than what?
@@justinrogers9010 It's better than really dry air especially if you're sensitive to allergies and all. You need to have it at a good level. Not too humid and not too dry. Also it's fresh water, and natural (instead of burning a candle) oils that can actually help you. Combine this with an AC, and you're good. You need good humidity, not the horrible one that the heat gives.
Justin Rogers :: Their marketing teams are genius. It’s literally snake oil sold in mass quantities.
My parents’ AC filter in their house just got super plugged by a diffuser my mom has had going every single day for quite some time.
The science doesn’t substantiate its claims, it rakes in money, and it is now causing issues left and right with AC units.
The HVAC guy didn’t even need to go and look for a diffuser. He realized it immediately, once he saw the quality of the filter. He said these dumb things cause at least “1 - 2 calls a day”.
How much does it last?

😎
I literally just bought lemon grass oil this morning lol I love it
I have the lemon grass oil in my diffuser right now- It is amazing. It lifts my spirit.
I looove lemon grass smell too, it reminds me of spas

I agree with you about candles. I do like the one you showed.
Believe it or not diffusers actually work best with tap water because it pulls the minerals out of your tap water to work better
I imagine it might cause a limescale build up on the transducer though. I need to get back to using mine. I used it heavily when I first got it, but guess I got tired of the daily routine of refilling it.
is this a joke? :D
It's true, even it says in the box on my aroma diffuser to use only tap water.
Natural83 really? Hmm 🤔 I never heard of that before
I heard if you use tap water, it'll produce tons of white dust every where. Beware 👀
Candles are only $1 for a pkg at the Dollar Tree. :) That's what I'm going to use with my oils & burner, and I got the burner for $1 too. :) My friend Daniel has the same thing you have though and he loves it. Maybe I'll try it one day. We'll see how I like the one with the candle first.
Nicole Canta be careful, some cheap dollar tree candles use paraffin wax. Highly flammable (the actual wax) and it is not good for the air quality in your home. Bad for children and animals. Sorry, just saying in case you aren’t aware. Bees wax burns clean, better for your health.

I have one it is amazing great review.
But that takes all the fun out of it. Fire is what makes it fun!
not when it can burn your life away!
@@iBertz true. I have a bunch of those ultrasonic mister modules laying around that I got for dirt cheap so maybe I'll build one of these out of real wood for a birthday gift for my mom. That would be a fun little project.
Arsonist !!!
Essential oils and diffusers are also so good for your health compared to candles
I love lemon grass too, and it relaxes me a bit too much into passing out.

Thanks bruh, I'd been looking for something like this!
Hey I got I mine from this store www.arome-oil.com they do good stuff, I bought essential oils every 3 month
Being a 30 year diffuser user, fyi.. ditch the water ones.... no matter if you use tap or distilled water, you will always have white dust everywhere... if you live in a humid area, it will just make it more uncomfortable... I live in Phoenix, I had at least four going at a time, not only does it utilize alot of oil, it makes the indoors like a tropical rain forest. YUCK..
The way to go is a nebulizer... I know most are ugly, expensive and look like a 18th century oil lamp, but they are incredible.. straight oil... no heat, and within 1-2 mins 400 sq feet is smelling incredible.
Étienne Breaux you mist go through a lot of oil,... although I like the idea!
Fungus indoor can allso be a problem.
I bought 1 kg bag of leaves of peppermint and the fumes work same kind of. But only around the bG.
Yes. I use le Labo Santal 26 Oil with a nebulizer the looks like a bulb. But I use a lot of oil ant is VERY expensive.
Thank you!
I love lemongrass too! I add it to my drinking water.
I bought it, its great! Thank for the review, i would not of bought it unless i watched this video
I love mine,so much better than candles. This is safer option too,I had a carbon monoxide alert from burning candles...😍
Does it make the room smell great?
Looks really cool, I love diffusing.. helps me sleep 😪
I got my diffuser from Amazon the other day and likes it very much. Emmm, the brand is ESSLUX,hope i spell it right, LOL
How much you buy. Thanks
Funny thing is I saw this in a spa and I asked what the scent was called. She said “lemon grass”
Diffusers are great but the options for scents are limited. I use Bath and Body Works wallflower plug-ins cause they are basically the same just no obvious smoke but they have hundreds of different scents to choose from, from body care to candle scents.
A good hack is to use your favorite body perfumes, since the scents are limited. Got it from another RUclipsr
Use any fragrance oil/perfume
I noticed some diffusers create a smoke like appearance than crash down and disperse on the ground while others seem to be almost smokeless and evaporate as soon as they come out. I assume the ones that mist and evaporate quicker are doing a better job at diffusing rather than the ones that create more of a smoke-like effect?
Are you getting condensation build up on the bottom of the shelf that's above it?
Tony no
What ever you do don’t use fragrance oils I used some from Walmart and I felt so sick .... ended up cleaning out my diffuser with hot water .. then pick up some temp essential oils from Walmart instead
Synthetic fragranced oils are toxic af. A lot of people get headaches from them. Essential oils is the only way to go!
Go for pure organic essential oils such as oils from Aqua Oleum.
Good point! This is so important! And unfortunately there are products being sold in the market at "100% pure therapeutic essential oils" that are synthetic and fake out there. So you have to be careful out there ;-)
I just did a quick search on Radha Beauty essential oils and they have tested to have synthetic ingredients and are unfortunately fake.
However, if you are ok with smelly things like glade, febreeze, and other chemical air fresheners, then that's not too different.
The test was doing by Dr. Robert S. Pappas, CEO of Essential Oil University, PhD chemist specializing in analysis of essential oils. You can check out his FB page and search Radha to find his posts =)
Liked the digital table clock more than diffuser. :D
Can i have the link of the clock? 😂😂
This is awesome, I have one, but I use ISUDA brand essential oil, they smell great with the diffuser, especially the orange scent, they work good, I will try this oil too, but its price is a little high than ISUDA essential oil
That’s cool I just ordered one .
I'm gonna need a couple of these
"Candles are expensive" so I decided to use more electricity 😂
Mine has batteries
I don’t think you know how expensive candles are lol
@@mysonismynephew probs don’t 😂😭 last month was the first time I ever bought candles ain’t realize how expensive they were last time I bought them ain’t even like the one I choose
@@mysonismynephew making ur own candles is a great deal cheaper and it's a fun experience. Candle sticks, jar candles, even candles for decor

Love. Using mines it helps me sleep
Another great review!! 😊👍🕺
as someone who lives in a stinking room all the time I think this product will help me not be afraid to let others in without dying from the horrible smells of my shit
Lmfao I gave out the ugliest laugh 😂
Yummm use the peppermint one Bra trust mee you'll love ITTTTTTTT 😂
I'm using rose essential oil right now for my diffuser
Thank you for your review!!😊
It is realy great, abd you can easly make essential oils your self, in long term it is much cheaper :)
Please, please help! My wife cannot sleep w/o her essential oils diffuser, unfortunately, all varieties of aromas attack my allergies and make me tear & gag so bad that I cannot even be on the same floor of the house. Is there such a thing as "fragrance-free" essential oil?
Fragrance free oil? As in...water? You can put in water without oil.
She may need it for the humidity or the noise (white noise helps me sleep) Your allergies are more important, so I hope she stops using it :(
Forget the oils, throw the wife away. She has 0 empathy for you.
I have the lemon grass, and I usually put like 10 drops in😂
How long does it last?
@@tiagoportas1635 a long time, I just keep refilling it with water. Until the smell becomes less strong
I'm giving up on wax melts. They're slow plus some smell wierd.
Oil diffusers use water also which seems better.
Just what I needed to know!
I just got into the essential oils as well I used to burn those sticks from wild berry all the time but it looks like wild berry makes essential oils are there any other companies you'd recommend that have really good essential oils for me and my kids?
Me: *what nic is this?*
So nice
Where did you get that clock ??? ⏰️ so cute 😍
Better yet, clean unadulterated air is the ultimate. Ditch the candles AND the essential oil diffuser and go green.
What's the name of the digital color desk clock, and where can I find it
Me too
Waited till the end for you to turn the room lights off with steam on 😑
Do you have to clean them every time you use it?
Any tips for someone using this to relieve anxiety?
Dakota Fenelon use it with Lavander oil. Lavander oil is for anxiety.
Frankincense. Tried quite a few this week and that was by far the most relaxing. But use in the evening as it'll make you sleepy.
Lavender obviously great too, but the smell is slightly feminine for me.
Frankincense for sure
Perfect video
A good video of aroma diffuser
wow i might buy one.. !! but is it ok around gadgets..? does it emit water vapor that can attach to furnitures and monitors? thanks..!!
Where did you get the little tv clock? The link you provided for it takes me to the divboom light box
Just type in lcd click on eBay
So many video's on diffusers but no one talks about the adapter (?) Are there wireless diffusers?
If only it was bluetooth set a smell before you get home 😊
You're thinking wifi capable/compatible with smart home services, but that is a million dollar idea
do things around it get damp from the dissipation of the mist?
Thanks for this video as I am thinking about getting one of these. You may not see this, but where did you get the cool clock on your desk?
I read all my comments. I just don't always have a response for them unless it's a question or something I feel that needed a reply. Anyways, it's called Divoom pixel Art
I suspect "cheaper" is a relative term here. Essential oils are far more expensive than candles when you buy them separately, unless you purchase the more common fragrances like lemongrass and even then, they are not cheap. I pick up lemongrass (my favorite, too) at the grocer and its $4.99 for .5 ounce (certified) (the size in the video). Bulk Apothecary has lemongrass for $30 for 16 ounces, so not cheap.
The problem with boxed sets is that you have fragrances that do not appeal to you, which feels like a waste of money. I have taken to putting on a simmering pot of water and dropping in the lemongrass. The problem is you have to watch the pot, but you have to watch a candle, too. Plus, essential oils are pure so they evaporate quicker. Again, cheaper is a relative term.
$4.99 for .5 oz ($10 per oz) or $30 for 16 oz. ($1.87 per oz) - thats a great deal.
Wont it wet everything around it?
Where did you get that clock, I love it
I got the humidifier and it does the same thing as this and also cleans the air in my room. So I can breathe well.
I'm looking at getting one too for my asthma and allergies, which one did you get? And with the scent, is it strong.
I got Homedic Total Comfort Humidifier. I like it and it's easy to use. I got the essential oil differently from Amazon and it good smells nice(Tea tree and lavender ) are my favourite. If you have the money I would recommend an air purifier cost more and worker better.
M Marino the scent is not that strong depending on how you much you put in the humidifier scent case. I like mine to be a little bet strong.
Haha! “Left to go disc golfing”! Good priorities, brother! There’s quite a large disc golf community here in Charlotte, Nc. Where you from?
I wonder what will happen if i just add water and put a cinnamon stick and maybe some cloves
Yes that is the correct
How long do you leave these on for?
It's a sonicator. It's not going to electrically shock you unless there's something seriously wrong with it. Or did you perhaps mean some other sort of shock?
Wasn't sure how it works, bit didn't want to risk touching it and have some kind of static shock of some sort if it was possible 😂
@@iBertz There is a theoretical danger of nerve damage from submerging your fingers in a sonicator for long periods of time. But just buzzing them for a few seconds won't do anything more than give you a weird tingly feeling. These aren't very powerful sonicators either, so the risk of nerve damage is likely quite low anyway.
Oh ok, makes perfect sense. Good to know. Thank you!
Short version: Just stick your finger in it to see what it feels like. No shock, no immediate danger, just a weird buzzy feeling :P
150ml. How long does the water last? is it enough or do you have to fill it in every hour?
After months of use, I can say I fill it up every 8-10 hours of use, and that's on the higher setting since there is 2 levels to run it. I think that's pretty good and still using the same oil bottles and the lemongrass one is about half empty now since I use that the most
Vert helpfully ty 👍
Hi , this video belong to 2018 , really i need your tipp , please which one is the best, i can not sleep, because of the smell in the kitchen.
Can you use perfume on it?
Who else is seeing this video in 2021?
I have the Radha Beauty essentail oils too!
I use Plant Therapy brands
Nice from India.
How long does that 300ml of water last?
Most machines will tell you even if they don’t say it directly for example it will have 1,2,6 hour settings and the last setting is usually the limit for the water but some do also have an “on” setting meaning it can run up to 10 hours until out of water incase 6 hours isn’t enough.
What if you knock it over will it spill everywhere or the water stay in the container
im debating on getting one of these. Are they better than candles and wax melts?
I absolutely say they are much better than candles and wax melts. Don't get me wrong, those melts and candles are great, but these oil diffusers are strong and for me a cheaper solution and safer in my opinion. Plus the vapor is a cool affect too
Try making your own soy candles with essential oils. Be sure to get lead free wicks. Way cheaper than buying & you can customize to your liking.
hi, I have some frankicense tiny oil nuggets. can they be heated in an electric diffuser or do i need to make them an oily liquid first? thanks for any help. : )
Is the diffuser still working? How often do you use it?
HAHA I'm using lemon grass right now!
Oils are more expensive than candles... in the uk you can buy a pack of 30 tea light candles for 99p that’s less than a dollar and I bet in some places you can get them even cheaper.
Please is it advisable to use due to electronics like tv and etc
Yes it's safe to use around it. Just don't make the vapor shoot directly at opened electronics. So if you have one a about 15 inches or more away from electronics, you should be fine.
Great Review \0/
Set of exact aroma flavours what you are showing , will that be available in Amazon?
Those fragrances are often boxed together.
It’s like a vape for an entire room
What’s the amount of drops we should use on average
3
I need that 😔
How do u stop steam landing on countertop
Turn the oil diffuser upside down and stick it on the ceiling. Now it's landing back onto ceiling! #Hack
Daft question but does anyone know if this would be harmful to have with having a house cat?
No longer available from amazon
Good speech bro
Candles are getting expensive and the scent doesn’t last long😶 I just ordered 2 one for my room and living room
Can i mix my oils their the same brand?
You can use any brand of oil that you like.
I got a unicorn one for Christmas
My teacher had one of these and I would always put my mouth on it when she’s not looking
Hahaha, well it's not toxic, but I would assume it didn't taste good lol
iBertz it didn’t it taste like poison 😳
Cool , how much the price please?
I bought this from aroma and I can't really smell anything, I put 3 drops and couldn't smell much I've put around 10 and I can smell something but it's not what I was expecting, the candles you can smell straight away with the difusser I can't.
