तांबे के बर्तन में कुछ समय बाद एक परत जमा हो जाती है जिसे हर 2-3 दिन में रगड़ कर साफ कर देनी चाहिए। क्योंकि अगर साफ नही करेंगे तो तांबे के गुण पानी में नही आयेंगे, हमेशा तांबे का जग प्रयोग में लाना चाहिए ताकि उसकी सफाई अच्छे से हो सके। तांबे का बर्तन हमेशा चमकता हुआ होना चाहिए। तांबे की बोतल कभी भी प्रयोग नहीं करनी चाहिए, क्योंकि इसे अंदर से साफ नही किया जा सकता।🙏🏻

This week i was surfing for a yoga mat 1.5m x 2m for exactly the same reasons you mentioned. Its it impossible to get relaxed for yog nidra when i need to squeeze my body so my hands fit onto the usual mat available. The larger mat is not below rs 1000 and shipping is enormous.

one reason I don't use insulated jugs, the bottom part of lid is plastic. And when we keep warm water in it, that plastic part gets heated and it effects the water inside. You may be thinking i am a faultfinder, but i truely appreciate the effort vivek is taking.

Simply fill up an empty ( liquid) mosquito repellent device with your favourite essential oil, lid it and switch on. It needs only a few minutes to fill you room with a nice aroma. Using citronella essential oil will act as a non toxic repellent too... a win-win😊

All the products that u have recommended are great .. but I have one issue with the diffuser .. since the temperature comes from high power of bulb it consumes more electricity and not good in long run...and not something that can be kept on overnight.. it's better to go for a candle based diffuser

I bought a mitti handi from Suraj Kund mela, but after the first use itself there was fungus all over. Dont know what to do
@@kavittaahuja4624 after every use let the utensil cook down and clean it with plain water and soft scrubber. Never use utensil soap or liquid soap of any kind. If utensil is not frequently used then it has to be cleaned also before cooking. Mitti utensils are hard to maintain but very good for health and also food is cooked more naturally and tasty in these.
Eye protector, copper bottle, handi.. Though we used to use gharaa for water for long time but due to my son's mischiefs we now don't use for a while.. We r slowly switching from plastic bottles to steel and copper bottle.We use rugs only..

I use oil diffusers, inscence is essentially smoke and not good. No smoke is good for health, idc what anybody says.
Sprays are no good either.
I never heard of an eye protection guard, don't know how that would work, here we can set our device to have a warmer light on it instead of the bright blue light and we have screen protectors that look like the thing you showed but it just helps keep the screen from getting scratched up.

I have all of it except clay pot. Instead of insulated jug, I have an electronic kettle to boil the water. Just press a button and hot water is ready in seconds. I just keep it filled with water cz I use it for earl grey tea and hibiscus tea too

A great video as usual but if we look deeper in the part where you mentioned the eye guard screen protector thing, it doesn't really work neither does any glasses that claim to filter blue lights or uv lights. You can research online and you'll find out none of the products mentioned above works because phone emits very tiny amount of blue light and such stuff is nothing but a marketing tactic to fool ourselves. I may ask you to correct me if I'm wrong but as far as I'm aware such things have no scientific proof.

Bhai copper bottle clean karne mein bohot problem hoti hai kuch bhi karlo bottle ke andar se green colour ka stain nahi jata . Please make a separate video on cleaning a copper bottle . However, Copper ke baki sare vessels i.e. copper jugs are easy to clean with pitambari powder.
