Metro-North: Three Hudson trains (with P32 # 225) in Spuyten Duvyil, NY RR

[MTA Metro-North Commuter RR - Hudson Line] Here's a clip of two diesel trains & a single EMU in snowy Spuyten Duyvil, NY. P32 # 225 also appears, which was damaged from Dec 2013's derailment at this station. Rebuilt in 2014 and returned to service late 2014. (All clips taken with cell phone camera.)
(Most diesel trains made semi-local stops due to post snow storm Juno.)

This is extremely awesome. I remember watching the Spuyten Duyvil derailment on the news. So glad #225 came back to Metro North. The engine sounds better than ever. When did #225 make it back to Metro North territory? Now, hopefully, Shoreliner cab car #6222 and the rest of the shoreliner coaches involved in the derailment get rebuilt also.

I believe in the Summer of 2014. Regarding 225, Wed the the bomber set got derailed in GCT with 225. (Im sure you know)

The [Transport Net] Cool. I think it might have been earlier this month because I haven't seen Metro North #225 anywhere along the Metro North Railroad in 2014. I think in the beginning of 2014, #225 was at Croton North waiting to be towed by a freight train to upper New York. This will be the 2nd derailment for #225. Hopefully it didn't get any damage in Grand Central.

Railfan89 Someone I know said they saw 225 back in the Fall 2014. (Not summer I should say). And nah I don't think it was damaged. Saw photos of shoreliners bumped off the rail. Nothing major. Few hours later that day another derailment at NWP. (Not related to 225)

If you're still here, I believe shoreliner 6222 was scrapped after the crash.

I think #225 was rebuilt and overhauled for a year or so because when it was derailed, the locomotive was on it's side for some time, and I think that had damaged the engine. Also the body and bogeys were a bit damaged from the derailment. I'm not sure if one of the yards could have fixed up #225. Shoreliner #6222 looked pretty bad so hopefully, those coaches get a repair also.

Awesome getting 225 with all that snow at that spot. Looks good.I always find it hard to be at that station, every time I look over at the spot it reminds me.
