Heyyy I have a question , my arrows won’t line up so I did what you said but with the new clutch and cable the clutch is still slipping at high rpm I can’t seem to figure out why? Any suggestions ?
Back again i ordered all the parts u told me for the road star i have a question my starter clicks now do u think i should change the starter relay before i tackle changing the starter? The bike is 18yrs old so im thinking it more likely the starter any suggestions?? Your the Man!! Thank you for all of your help!!
You can run a big hot wire right to the starter, if it spins it's good. Or, jump (bypass) the solenoid or yank starter off, test with jumper cables, black to the body, red to the stud where the 10mm nut holds on the hot wire
Would you know why my banshee is having a hard time shifting? Took it apart many of times and everything looks good, ive tried adjusting the shift star, I've put new cushions with a new basket, still the same. Any tips would be appreciated. Thank you!
@geezermoto7820 it's weird though because Itll shift clean through the gears when bike is off, But when its started, that's when it is difficult to shift the gears.

I would guess solenoid
To jump relay just make contact with pliers or whatever across both the big cable screws on it
An electoMagnet just makes a metal bar touch both the bolts from the inside
my banshee clutch shaft is not coming back that crispy like yours why?

@@biggz808 make sure your cable is a little loose and the actual adjustment on the clutch pressure plate is a little sloppy
