Can we all agree this is amazing ?? ❤
Yeah I would agree they are amazing
They are great 👍
You get my Thumbs up
Or better.
They do!😊😊
💯🤘
ABSOLUTELY!
I'm 69. Absolute fan of John Enthwistle.
This young bassplayer is amazing.
Thank you young lady, today I feel 20.
Congratulations to all these kids.
Damn, as a 62 years old man, hearing today's kids playing some good old fashioned rock is already a treat, but when they are THAT good, I can just rest assured that there are plenty of kids that will craft serious musicianship to perpetuate, THEN create good music for years to come. Bless those kids, and damn, carry on, you're doing a damn good job, all of you !
The Singer of Boston Tommy DeCarlo has watched this on Ellen's page and gave it his official blessing.
You for real or just joking?
@@JoeZaccarisI saw Tommy DeCarlo’s positive comment - so yes. He really did think the kids did a great cover.
Too bad Brad couldn't. RIP to the original voice of Boston.
@@TheWerequat ❤...the greatest voice of them all. Had the honor of seeing them with Brad just before he left us
Not just good for kids - plain GOOD! The future of rock music is in safe hands. Thanks to Ellen and friends - no Autotune or quantising, just sweat and talent. Thanks guys. Live long and Rock!
Right? I've been playing for over 40 years, and these kids are better at it than I am!
Ellen and Yoyoka continuing to spread rhythm section joy!!
100% agree. solid as it gets right there. that makes the song. without that, it wouldn't work.
@@cheezyridr Yep, gotta have a tight bottom end.
The bass line is absolutely professional, not every adult bass player plays like that. Wonderful!
Not every adult plays like that, either!
WOW…what an amazing cover of Peace Of Mind by Boston! I’ve sang this song hundreds of times On TOUR with the band Boston and can tell you it’s not an easy song to cover but Vinya, Ellen, Yoyoka, Bay, Charlotte and Ella covered this one beautifully!
Great job & Keep Rockin’
Tommy DeCarlo
This is such an honor. Thank you so much for this beautiful feedback ❤️💙🧡
Awesome comment. ❤
So cool! I was thinking "Brad is smiling on this!" , but so is Tommy! Thank you, Tommy for sharing your feedback. And thank you, Ellen and Company for this delight! May you always have peace of mind.
It's great to see you support these young musicians, Tommy! I'm sure Brad is smiling down from heaven watching these super talented kids!
Totally agree!
Does this 55yo ❤ good to hear young people playing good music…. And killing it..
🤘❤️🤘. ELLEN!!!!!!!!!!
Anybody who's played in a band knows that if the rhythm section isn't tighter than tight, then no matter how great the guitars and vocals, the song is not going to sound good. Ellen and Yoyoka were locked in so tight that the song soared! Bravo to all of you.
Yoyoka was so amazingly in the pocket and we know that Hovak teaches Ellen to listen to the drums. They're very good together.
Yoyoka and Ellen could someday go down as one of greatest rhythm sections in music. Both of them are ridiculously talented, but more importantly they feel the music in their souls and have so much fun.
Love this! The lead singer has such an amazing voice. These kids are all amazing talents!
Not really - weakest part of the sound here. Not terrible, but not that great.
@@joneill63 Not sure what you are listening to
@@joneill63 She redeemed herself at the end.
@@GarbanzoDragonamen!
@@joneill63, you need to clean the wax out of your ears. She sounded good to me.
The future of rock looks bright as long as kids like these have anything to say about it ..
Wouldn't it be nice if the future held even more inspirations for these kids...?
PEOPLE....Take note!!!! THIS is how music is made! Real musicians learning their craft, playing real instruments! Not pushing buttons on a computer! I am a 60yr old rocker/bass player listening to this in my studio and, wow! These kids are showing up us older folk! Really well done! And Mad props to Ellen, you continue to amaze. Any Boston bass line is no easy walk in the park. KEEP ROCKIN!!!!!!
very refreshing..love it!
So wonderful. Not a bunch of whiny brats but kids with talent who obviously also have the where with all to stay focused, and practice to learn their craft. Not in some infantile virtual reality, but right here where things actually count for something. Music is one of mankind's greatest accomplishments and has no negative connotations (save for the hateful content in rap and death metal for example). But the mind and soul are enriched. Emotions are communicated in ways that are often very personal but can also bring people together. These kids are a breath of fresh air, May you always keep playing for yourself and the rest of us to be inspired by.
@@OldTooly Well said!!

This kids gives us hope about live music in the future

Wow. That double lead part really brought a smile to my face. It's great to see Ellen playing with a band and a powerful one at that.
That part brought me to my feet, and I was on the clock at work😅
This is blowing me away. What a sound. What a performance. Unbelievable, what talent. Fantastic, fabulous, great. I love it, yeah...💖💖💖💖👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
It really does my 66 year old heart good to see a younger generation carrying on with such great music. These kids are phenomenal! I would venture that they could easily tour with this lineup.
Seeing young people like this makes me believe that there is some hope for the future of humanity.
Any band with Ellen and Yoyoka as a foundation is lucky, and the rest of them are more than up to the task! Guitars are spot on, and Vinya can sure belt it out. Give her voice a few more years to mature and she'll be winning awards. Can she cover some Ann Wilson? Only time will tell!
Ann Wilson is boring compared to this young star. 😎 😎
I agree. Both of those girls
hold everyone together.
Don't be so ridiculously snotty. Ann is Rock's greatest ever female singer and I'm not really a Heart fan, but her pipes are without equal.
They are all wonderful but how amazing is the drummer & bass😊
I am lost for words. These young people are fabulous musicians who know how to play together.
Kids I tell ya all, they're gonna be the ones who'll bring back classic rock.
that's because it's real MUSIC,not a lot of noise. (like a lot of metal,or what I call "screech rock".)
BOOM! Another grand slam! Keep’em coming kids! 👏❤️
Wow! Boston 2.0! 💯👍🎶
I love the solid way Yoyoka and Ellen drives this train. This gets the best out of the other talentet musicians too❤❤
this was the most serious I've ever seen Ellen. a bit subdued, too.
Awesome!!!!!! Very well done!!!! Make this a touring band!
It gets me every time she plays. She's 10 years old and plays like she's been playing for 30 years!!
She was 10, 2 years ago.
Yeah... like where did these tears of joy come from... I forgot I had these.
@@Me4-gc8qsThat's weird, because she's 11 now...
@@bnjmnwst 12 now,she just had a birthday.
This band would be impossible without the incredible RHYTHM section! Armenia and Japan rule!! 😁
You can hear Ellen's base just thumping too! What a talent!

@@cmerton yeah this piece of crap phone autocorrects to what it wants. I don't review my post. I know the difference
@@leoborganelli Right. If you could read, you'd find the instructions for turning off autocorrect. Lazy and illiterate people blame the tool for their failure to proofread. How lame.
@@cmertonanother keyboard cop with small man complex. Listen little napoleon or Lord Farqwad, find a better hobby and stop bringing such negative energy to a children's youtube page.
Her freakin tone and playing are phenomenal.
Such a beautiful band performance 👍👍
BOSTON is one of my favorite bands, now ellen and friends are too. 😀 KEEP ON ROCK'N future stars!
Well done whoever did the mixing on this great levels across the board.
Ellen's Dad, Hovak Alaverdyan.
That would be Hovak, Ellen's dad. And yea, I seen what you did there. 😉
Backup vocals needed more punch but yeah.
The bass was a bit forward but, I like a strong bass that often gets mixed down and it's Ellens channel.
Even if not, like I said, I like big bass and I cannot lie 😛 apologies to Sir Mixalot.
@@tobycatVA I actually went looking for a mix related comment to say exactly this. The mix on Hysteria was literal perfection, but the BGVs are really buried in this mix. I am totally picking nits though, it's still a fantastic performance and a fantastic recording. I also agree that the bass forward is always great, as bass is usually buried in most mixes as well, but definitely not here.
Tom Scholz absolutely needs to see this!!
So does Rick Beato, who is constantly slagging the younger generations.
@@TieNylon If Rick Beato was a food critic he only review fast food chains and complain about how nobody can cook anymore.
I can't say any more than this really makes my nearly 62-year old heart happy! Peace and Love to you all!
my 61 yr old heart too
Solid! great job to everyone !
I literally grew up on this music, you young people make me smile big time ❤️
VERY talented kids. That was AWESOME!!!!!
When they covered Hysteria by Muse was amazing and covering Piece of Mind from Boston they've just topped themselves great job guys
Ellen tearing that bass line to shreds!!!!!! I have watched you over the years and you are an amazing bassist young lady!!!!
Just AMAZING, kids!!! 👏👏👏
Just got off work from the grave shift....2 bus rides and a 20 minute pedal to the metal bike ride and I come home to this, can't get any better than that! Safe Memorial Day weekend to everyone....remember and honor the fallen.
Everyone was amazing, and not just for their age.
The lead singer knocked it out of the park.
How to feel inadequate as a musician, listen to these kids and realize they're better than you'll (me) ever be!
Good stuff!
Well done to all the kids.
Especially Ellen... taking the back seat and keeping it all together.
don't forget the drummer-- in perfect synch with the bass
that's what you call an ENGINE ROOM!
Wow!
Excellent cover again!
These kids should audition for America's Got Talent...My money is on them to win if they do!!!
I heard from Ellen that she auditioned once succesfully, but it was in the end of the season and then when it was the time she could parcipiate(I think I spelled this wrong) then she didn't get an invitation. Or something like that, I kinda forgot, it was in a while I watched the interview. But yeah, it's an AGT thing to do.
That boy plays a guitar as big as himself 😁
No A.I. - no loops - no autotune - REAL talent playing REAL songs on REAL instruments. Love it! GREAT job! :)
I have been following Ellen and Yoyoka pretty much from their first videos, I find myself getting all emotional and goosebumps on my arms. I am just so dang proud of them .Great band. Great sound.
I’m in tears…it’s good to know kids are enjoying the geezer rock I listened to when I was there age. Well done rock on 🤘
Glad you enjoyed it
Maybe the future mega band? .. keep it up kids, that's absolutely professional
Seriously, consider making an album. You are all amazing!! Hasn't been mentioned, but the harmonies are on point.
I saw Ellen's name and I knew this band was going to Shine like a Sunny Afternoon... I'm far Beyond impressed!
holy smokes the rhythm section was solid as a rock! a great job done by one and all. i gotta say though, hovak crushed it with a great mix. i don't think anyone could have done a better job.
❤wao!!!
Listening to these children makes me emotional because these children show everyone that not everything is lost. They show that knowledge is something very valuable in this life. I have no words to express how happy I am to see this sound being performed in a very professional way.
It's a great testimony to the range of the original vocalist, because it takes a twelve-year-old girl to hit those same notes. She did an excellent job, and it's a great homage to the talent of the original singer, Brad Delp.
Anyone trying to cover Delp is a brave soul. Hats off for this girl.
Brad Delp was a phenomenon. So are these kids.
Salute to the parents of these kids for letting them play the good and the right kind of music.
Ellen is killing it on that baseline. Unreal!
You young people are incredible. From the drums to the lead and the voices, just great. Ellen, I love the bass line. Well done.
I saw the original Boston in 80. Y'all bring back some great memories. Just remember, $$$'s not everything. Peace of mind ✨✨✨
First class all-the-way around! Bass, Drums (amazing!), leads, and those vocals! Are you kidding me? What a ride!
It never ceases to amaze me what kids can accomplish if just given the opportunity. Going a different direction than musical talent, I teach advanced driving skills to teens on a racetrack in Virginia. You would be shocked at how quickly many can master an absolutely stellar level of car control skills that easily surpass the abilities of most drivers on the roads today. Young people can handle way more complex tasks and responsibilities than we give them credit.
First time I've ever liked Boston and I'm 65.
The bass stands out nicely.
You guys really do rock. Perfect song for the girl on vocals. Thanks a lot Ellen, keep them coming, and keep that bass turned up.
These kids are awesome (and how about that Base Player)! Go Ellen Go!
Oh my dear... how talented is this group of musicians, utterly amazing, stunning, incredible , brilliant
GREAT MIX DRUMMER AND ELLEN IN THE POCKET LIKE FIRE
Outstanding!!
Well done to all!
(But the bass player stands out). 😊
(as it should be) 👍
Awesome...my favorite band of all time....please never stop rockin
More of these! Absolutely incredible!
My faith on the youth has just skyrocketed!!
Какие вы все молодцы,так держать 👍❤
One word: Uhm....No words. I'm outta words. OMG!!!! Love from the Netherlands.
WOW!!!
As someone who actually saw Boston in concert several times, there wasn't a weakness from anyone in this awesome cover. Vinya has the vocal chops down. She is amazing. Brad Delp would be very proud. They're all amazing!
Ellen is just being her phenomenal self. She can play any style to perfection and she's only 11. I can't wait to see what they all do next. I'm so excited to witness them evolve!
Every time Ellen and Yoyoka collaborate, they make magic.
No words other than Wow, just Wow! 🤘
Bass guitare and drums❤. Guitares ❤. Lead guitare and singer ❤. All ❤
Wow, this is beyond awesome! Double wow!
That was fun!
I was watching this on my phone and was starting to get mad. I thought they didn't turn up Ellen. Then I switched to my desktop that has a 1000W powered sub. I was NOT disappointed!! I love her energy in this and she's a genuine bassist, she's listening to the drummer. Love you Ellen, little mighty mite of bass!!!
Every Single One of these Kids are so talented. That girls voice, HOLY SMOKES!!!! But Ellen is still the best....I want to play like her when I grow up.
I'm VERY, VERY picky about covers of this tune in particular. Personally, I consider it the very best rock song ever recorded. To say I'm impressed by these talented young musicians would be an understatement. Fantastic job!
I hope this group of talented musicians can make many, many more videos.
The parents ought to be extremely proud.
Did you know?:
Most live musicians are considered analog musicians.
The future of real (live) music; the young & talented.
#HOPE #INSPIRATION #WORK #PRODIGY #TALENT
that's mind-blowing! I loved so much.
WOW!!! This tweaked me to tears! Absolutely phenomenal
Yoyoka will be taking classes and playing at the Berklee College of Music in Boston in early June, I believe.
OMG!!! There is only one problem here, and for sure is ME; I’m losing my mind listening to these bunch of supertalented kids. WOW!! What a blow of fresh air. Thank you all for your hard work (takes a lot of practice to get to this level of perfection) and for the beautiful entertainment. Greetings from Méjico!
These kids should stay together and name their band, and take the show on the road.
superb mix with the bottom ''up front'' where it should be...😁 my headphones and i loved every minute of it............a standing 0vation to these mini maestros and all the effort they've put in to perfecting their craft.
This is amazing! They should tour. I would pay to see this live. They are the hope for the future of music.
You have restored my faith in the future of music with this video showing this generation covering the best in classic rock. May I add the level of professionalism by each member watching each other for cues going from verse, to chorus, to bridge, to solo. And the stage presence! And I'm sure there are five-star teachers at work here! And shout out to camera crew. It's amazing when gifts and talents work together ❗
It's like a breath of fresh air listening to these young kids playing so well, with kids like this, Rock will never die! 😊
Awesome Kids keep on Rockin
Keep the 1970’s Rock Music Alive
wow wow wow
New blood for Old Rock n Roll !!!!
That last vocal - woah - I feel dizzy for her! Great music. Great playing by all!
Such a GREAT SONG ! You ALL did excellent ! Keep up the good tunes ! Thank you !!!!
