Question, if i put this sensor on my forearm is there a way to read muscle activity? or atleast read contraction/flexion of muscles?

These kind of sensors measure the distance to the closest object, so if you move your leg a bit for example the sensor will record that movement too. So you'll prpbably need something that moves in-sync with your leg, i'd suppose some sensor that is physically connected to it.
