Its a smart idea actually. Put away the original engine in a safe storage location so that it does not accumulate mileage, and slap on a reliable Toyota engine that can handle abuse. Then when its time to sell the Bimmer, put back the original parts and let the car sell for a high value. Clever.

300kw is not almost double the original motor output. S50 made about 224kw and the S54 slightly more as the motor was detuned compared to the M3 and Z4M. Still a cool video tho.. Next let’s see a S54 M coupe, might be hard to find an owner that will hand over those keys haha..
