The polaroids having brown and green patches happens with old or improperly stored film. Polaroid film expires really quickly, especially when it gets warm, and you're even more likely to have issues in spaces that are too dark, like a cave.

THANK YOU! I’m at a point I’d like to find some way to contact them and let them know their B roll is getting way too intense. I’ve noticed over the last year it keeps heightening. I don’t like scary movies, and I notice a lot of those clips keep making it into these episodes. Most of this year’s hell week, I feel like I’ve had to go in with caution when watching the episodes, when before I felt perfectly safe and fine watching the everything through.

I have family that lives near there and I visited the cave with my cousins when I was I think 13 or 14. I felt perfectly fine until we were in the last area of the cave getting ready to exit. We were standing there listening to the guide and out of nowhere I felt very very sick and weak, so much so that I had to sit down on the cave floor. My cousin ended up having to carry me out because I physically was unable to walk I was so weak. I felt fine as soon as we were in the car driving away! Had I been alone I wouldn’t have had the strength to get out myself. Something wanted me to not make it out of that cave! Everyone was annoyed at me, asking me if I had eaten and drunk enough water, but I had. A few years later my cousins went back with others and she had a similar experience.
i love that Sam + Colby do this for fun and stuff but also because they want to help prove to people that the paranormal exists. like they always tell the entities or whoever they’re talking to that they’re there to help their story be known so people can understand them.

Interesting/fun fact:
After the Bell family tested the “medicine” on the cat and watched it die, one of them threw the bottle into the fire place in a rage and it exploded and the fire turned blue. When arsenic and lead are exposed to a flame, it turns it a bright blue. Confirming that the bottle contained poison.

Did anyone else notice how for ages the boys didn’t see a single bug or creepy crawly, but after the boys got scared by the first spider, they suddenly started seeing heaps more getting progressively bigger? My theory is maybe the witch realised that she couldn’t scare them with her presence by itself, but once she found out what they were scared of the most, she took advantage of that so that she could feed off their fear since that’s the most powerful energy for them to absorb

Bro, y'all make such a great atmosphere every video, the first 45 seconds actually made me scared to get out of my bed for like a minute.
My grandfather grew up close to the cave. He told me that a lot of supernatural things happened there. The scariest story that I remember him telling me is when it was raining. He and his father went outside to try to take his horses into the barn. Whenever he reached the horses stable and tried to lead the horses to the barn the horses were slowly being pulled into the ground. Leaving the horses stuck in the ground, leaving them momentarily paralyzed. The events still baffle me to this day.

Explanation for vertical dots @47:22 :
Seen as :
1. Regularly-spaced large dots
2. Typically occuring vertically along the side of frame
3. Color can vary, usually white or blue
4. Typically 3 - 6 dots
*Caused by:
One of the rollers of your camera is dirty or has an artefact on it. In order to spread the chemistry between the negative and positive part of the photo, the picture passes through two rollers as it ejects from the camera. If the rollers are not clean, it will affect how the chemistry is spread, causing marks to appear.

Warms the heart seeing groups come together, would love to see them do international investigations! Any in Europe would be amazing like Poveglia Island or The Hellfire Club :D

I used to be absolutely terrified of the paranormal then my friend introduced me to Sam and Colby videos. Now I’m planning on doing an investigation at the conjuring house. I have a bunch of equipment and almost nothing paranormal can scare me thank you, Sam and Colby, for always making us laugh, and for saving us even though you might not know it
in case anyone was wondering the polaroid mishaps were due to dirty film rollers (causing the white spots) and a leaking chemical pod (causing the brown covering the photo) this was such a fun video to watch omg :)

The brown isn’t a leaking chemical pod, it’s a damaged Polaroid film, usually damage from handling or from getting jammed. Since we clearly saw Colby’s pictures were jammed, that’s obviously the reason. This has been an issue with Polaroids since they first came out.
_”Undeveloped patches (appearing as brown / bronze / white patches ) is caused by damaged film. This could be caused by accidental pressure applied on the films before they were exposed or mishandling of films. The problem usually tends to lie with old film that is expired and not stored properly.”_

I want to point out that the Polaroid only wanted to take a picture of Sam, the spirit box said Sam's name more than once, and Sam is the one that had the attachment of an entity that continuously followed him, and whenever his entity shows up, his name is said over the spirit box constantly.
I have also noticed this and its actually really concerning its always sams name that pops up and when kris is with them it goes after her notice how in the videos that she is in it targets her but when shes not there its sam that it targets. I think that sam and kris should wear some sort of protection with them since it targets them both.

Y'all, I'm someone who LOVES all things supernatural, and I tend to stay relatively calm when experiencing supernatural stuff, but Adams still REALLY freaked me out!! I did a play called Spirit out there once, it's literally the story of the Bell Witch, and pretty much every performance night there was super strong wind right where the actor who voiced the Bell Witch was. But it was never super windy anywhere else- just that area- Also- random cool thing- THE BELL FAMILY ARE THE ONES WHO PUT ON THE PLAY EVERY YEAR!!
Also I honestly think they should try and do one in Japan. I hear a lot of the scariest stories and experiences happen in Japan specifically. Thank you for making this for us! But Sam, you seriously need to put that rock back before you leave and it’s too late.
