I thought the original was pretty damn funny and personally I didnt get the wrong message about the USMC instead I got a message that Marines are always up for a good time and have pretty high spirits :) looks like fun and maybe one day if I move to USA I will join too.
I love the videos you guys make.The Infantry is the best branch i have ever enjoyed,years later i was in Armor and their sense of humor is not quite up to speed as "Grunts".The best for me was being a Paratrooper in an Airborne Infantry Battalion in Panama back in the late 80s and early 90s.I had fricken lots of fun just as good as Germany.This unit had some really crazy bastards that i have never forgotten after 25 years.Even some former Marines who became Paratroopers would say the same for the level of craziness.You guys would call them "Boots" but in the Airborne World we call them "Cherries".One of the traditions we have was a "Cherry Party" for guys who just got out of Airborne School and only had the 5 qualifying jumps to get their wings.The night or a couple of days before they make their 6th jump as a Paratrooper in the unit.The guys in my platoon had me do PT while being sprayed with a garden hose,then put 2 cases of Budwieser beer in my ruck sack,with a rubber rifle,PT uniform,and boots,then double time or Airborne Shuffle 2 miles forward and 2 miles back.Drink the beer that was inside my ruck sack while doing push ups,flutter kicks,and sit ups.The day you make your 6th jump another party was given to us "Cherries" again this time you get your "Blood Wings" again by the entire platoon not by your Black Hat once at Airborne School upon graduation.This is your welcome into the Airborne Brotherhood.That was some hilarious shit they did to me back then.Semper Fi to you guys!Love the humor that brought back memories of my youth.Different branch,different traditions.Keep it coming.
