I like how the majority of changes from 4 to ultimate is just that the characters now look directly at you, disappointed. I mean, you probably deserve it since you only ever see this screen when you salty. :)
I know this is a really stupid thing to do, when all Smash characters are done, I really want to see someone line up every Smash Ultimate character in bleachers (For size differences) clapping for Sakurai when he won the awards or something. Would be a really weird and hard video to put all together but it would satisfy anyone who loves these animations to see every single character clap.
It looks like Link, Zelda, and Ganondorf had the most changes in terms of design in the Super Smash Bros. series. Link's Ocarina of Time design was used in Smash 64 and Melee, had a Twilight Princess design in Brawl and Smash 4, and now his current default outfit comes from Breath of the Wild. Zelda's default N64 design was only in Melee, her Twilight Princess design was her default in Brawl and Smash 4, and now her default design comes from A Link to the Past and A Link Between Worlds. Ganondorf's original default design was used in Melee and was not his default again until Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, so his Twilight Princess design became his default in Brawl and Smash 4.
Young Link and Pichu had the longest hiatus of being a playable fighter in Smash Bros. history. Roy, Dr. Mario, and Mewtwo missed Brawl. Ice Climbers, Snake, Squirtle, Ivysaur, and Wolf missed Smash 4. Young Link and Pichu missed both Brawl and Smash 4 making them the most obscure Smash Bros. fighters even though Pichu appeared as a trophy after Melee until Ultimate came around.

They got the characters height correct in brawl and Wii u version. However, some of the characters on ultimate aren't accurate(I can honestly tell that it was rushed).
