Tomorrow is 30 days NC for me. He broke NC a week and a half ago, asking me to be friends, saying he doesn’t want me out of his life, he still loves me, and apologizing for hurting me (he’s dating someone else now; we were together for 5 years). I didn’t respond to that message. I have no interest in being “friends” and am really mad at him for choosing some random person he literally just met over me and our history. But knowing him, he’ll sabotage that relationship too, and then realize I’m not around to pick up the pieces like I always am, and then he’ll regret his decision. But at that point, it will be too late. I don’t think there’s any coming back from this for us… he made his decision and now he has to live with the consequence of losing me. I’m no one’s back-up plan or second choice. 😠‼️

That is 100 true. ❤ ❤. This will come back when you don’t need them. If you love someone so much, don’t let them go through that pain. If you want to leave a relationship. Talk to your partner and discuss how you feel about them. instead of going to other relationships before the first one ended. Whatever goes around will come around eventually. If you think you will get away with the pain you caused someone who loved you. No you won’t. You will get your karma and feel the same pain later in life.

I used to hate that people praised no contact, because I've never had a girl come back after going NC. But I'm starting to realize that the real power of NC is you getting your power back, and learning not only to live without them, but that you don't WANT them back. Because if the person you truly believed would always be there for you and would never up and leave you for someone else without warning does exactly that, then they weren't the person you thought they were, and you're better off without someone like that in your life.

This is really good information. People fall for giving their ex that attention or getting the chance to give them what they want, it gives them the sense of control/peace. But they still haven’t changed or tried to work on rebuilding the relationship with you or any type of building. You have to stand on business with what you want. If they are not giving you want you want, you have to state what you want and walk away if they’re not valuing what you want.
I remember how helpful this channel and other channels helped me about this time last year I never knew I could ever get to this point where am at now where I’ve completely moved on from her. this coming may 4, 2024 its gonna be exactly 3 months since he broke up with me and it was also our last conversation. i have been doing no contact since then. i erased myself from his life, no social media - nothing. i’m doing okay, just focusing on work and being with my family but the other day and yesterday i found myself crying again because i missed him so much. to be honest i still love him, and i miss him very dearly up to this day. i wish he would just message and fight for us again, but i am losing hope. its hard and it still breaks my heart.

I think its just over over, we had good long yes but it was long distance now she has someone from her area. I dont think that anyone that had both, long and short distance relationship would ever go back to long distance. I am so dead inside. Because in the three months shes together with her new guy they can experience more than we did in 1.5 years of every day talking over the phone after this 12months relationship so overall like 2.5 years because he can just be there every day for her so our time is probably already outran by 3months. I became comfortable and gave her less time and attention because i was sure to marry her and she was also ready to marry me but i never knew that she could walk away from my life after all those years and memories she said i didn't gave her much time and attention after some years so she left. I had a 2nd chance with an ex before I messed up the 2nd time after going through a bad depression. But we dated back from high school and back then I did screwed up. Years later when she came back again for a second time I just recently got out of a bad break up from another toxic ex of mine and well yea I was still in pain when I started dating again. I wished that I moved on and not think of what I was going through so I can be with someone else. Instead I became a fool not self loving and learning more about how to self care first. I pushed my ex girlfriend the one from h.s. away for not being available and not attending her bday and I blame myself for my own issues. After she broke up with me the 2nd time she came back and we talked it out. Now she has a new bf but despite what happened before I do want to write a letter on how I actually felt about our 2nd break up but I don't want her to think I was the same guy before. I did took alot of time to self reflect and all I want to do before the holidays approach is to at least send her a letter. I'm not expecting much but every little thing matters.

This not good. You should stay in no contact. If it was meant to be, they will come back and this time with your terms and you don’t take non sense from them. If they don’t come back you have already healed and ready to move on. Value yourself
Can someone tell me if I messed up? She reached out 3 weeks after the break up for shoes. But she was actually wanted to talk. We made a date one week later. But never showed up so I told her that I will drop her shoes and don't want to see her again. A week later I caved and called her to see each other. We talked, and I told her I wanted to try again. this coming may 4, 2024 its gonna be exactly 3 months since he broke up with me and it was also our last conversation. i have been doing no contact since then. i erased myself from his life, no social media - nothing. i’m doing okay, just focusing on work and being with my family but the other day and yesterday i found myself crying again because i missed him so much. to be honest i still love him, and i miss him very dearly up to this day. i wish he would just message and fight for us again, but i am losing hope. its hard and it still breaks my heart.

My ex has to see me at work. She refuses to look in my direction but I can tell she knows exactly the direction I’m in, no matter where I’m standing. She’ll say hi to those around me but if I’m talking to someone she’d normally say hi to, she will say nothing at all. I am hoping I am that beep she can’t ignore.

I received a forwarded newsletter from him at 6 months. I didn't know exactly what to do. I responded briefly and politely that it looked like he was doing well. I didn't talk about myself or ask questions. No response from him at all. I think its just over over, we had good long yes but it was long distance now she has someone from her area.
I dont think that anyone that had both, long and short distance relationship would ever go back to long distance. I am so dead inside. Because in the three months shes together with her new guy they can experience more than we did in 1.5 years of every day talking over the phone after this 12months relationship so overall like 2.5 years because he can just be there every day for her so our time is probably already outran by 3months. Even if its only a rebound I feel like that he is "THE" Ex she would want back after it ends than she watches your vids because of him.

I want to return her gifts i feel it's the right thing to do. I became comfortable and gave her less time and attention because i was sure to marry her and she was also ready to marry me but i never knew that she could walk away from my life after all those years and memories she said i didn't gave her much time and attention after some years so she left. I have a bad habit of drinking alcohol too much when i go out so i messed up and abused her when she asked for break. The situation became even worse because i said things i shouldn't have said but anyways i learnt a lot from this experience. I had a 2nd chance with an ex before I messed up the 2nd time after going through a bad depression. But we dated back from high school and back then I did screwed up. Years later when she came back again for a second time I just recently got out of a bad break up from another toxic ex of mine and well yea I was still in pain when I started dating again. I wished that I moved on and not think of what I was going through so I can be with someone else. Instead I became a fool not self loving and learning more about how to self care first. I pushed my ex girlfriend the one from h.s. away for not being available and not attending her bday and I blame myself for my own issues. After she broke up with me the 2nd time she came back and we talked it out. Now she has a new bf but despite what happened before I do want to write a letter on how I actually felt about our 2nd break up but I don't want her to think I was the same guy before. I did took alot of time to self reflect and all I want to do before the holidays approach is to at least send her a letter. I'm not expecting much but every little thing matters.

Now I don’t have money but I do have a really interesting case. For me it’s a long distance where we couldn’t meet once but have been together for almost 4 years. In those 4 years we have been together on the phone 24/7. Even when one of us were sleeping we were sleeping on the phone. The main issue was the distance and the religion. For me I would’ve fought for him but he said that he just accepted that we can’t be together. There is so much into it and I really want him to fight for us too. I could meet him in August and if not we might never have a chance again. Like I told him that too I invited him over as a friend since he wanted to stay friends but after the breakup and I recently just learned that I shouldn’t push anything. Can someone please help 🙏🏼 I also don’t really know if my no contact is the right way if no contact since like he is calling me once in a while and he is sending me reels to which I react.
