This is fax the point of no contact is to better yourself who cares what ur ex is doing give them what they want even if they end up with someone else after the break up it’s gonna hurt but this is where you’ll be tested don’t let it define you instead bury yourself in stuff weather that’s work or school get hungry for something if you don’t have a job go out there and look if you don’t have your drivers license get it let this motivate you and if they come back do what you thinks best just get it done!

4 months long,I was full in pain and her attitude was so merciless after 11 years of marriage, whatever happened but happened and today I am totally different to yesterday and before, I don't care,I don't want her back at all,I tried to contact and all she refused and still today she thought the game was still going on, I broke her down today,she didn't answer my messages hours long as she always did lately, always trying her best to answer late and make me stay in tears bla bla, it is now me,who is not even answering her last messages and i don't care,i don't want her,i dont need anybody loves me, lately when i was crying and trying to fix things,she was even ignoring me with very disrespectful attitudes and acting as i am under her feet and she is on clouds,today i told her,i dont want no argument,I don't even want to talk about us, because there is no us,simple,there is you and me, if you like you can see me under your feet or if you want on cloud,the value you give me is your own value,just remember it I said, this is the trick guys, the value they give you is their own value. My ex blindsided me with a breakup in July & I started NC the day after he ended things. I still miss him & love him, but I'm never reaching out to him. I'm so glad I never begged him not to leave. So glad I didn't degrade myself. I'd love it if he reached out to talk, but I'm sure he never will. Since July I've been in therapy & have really been on a healing journey. I've learned so much about myself & have changed a bit for the better.

As an average looking, overweight woman, I experience men ALWAYS coming back. I just recently (maybe in the past 18 months) began studying what to do when they DO come back so that I get what I want (apology, marriage, etc.). I would have said 80% of the time before studying, now it's closer to 85% because I'm better at ignoring them and that makes them chase more.
I honestly think that it's because I'm not considered "beautiful" by society's standards. So men think that I'll be easily accessible and available because they falsely think that no other men are interested. Then when I reject their advances, they become confused and sometimes angry. It deflates their ego to think that they could lose a "5" so they jump through all kinds of hoops trying to avoid the blow to their ego. For this reason, I still feel dissatisfied because it's not true attraction. Yes, the attraction improves and so does the treatment but the attraction hasn't been strong enough to lead to marriage.

My ex fiancé did end up coming back, I made alot of big mistakes in the relationship and I was the reason for the break up. I was in no contact and was starting to forget about her, when she started calling me in the middle of the night crying, I would answer letting her know there was nobody else in my bed, and we would talk for hours. It's gonna be a long road back to the way it was, and her family doesn't want to see me? Day by day one step at a time, heart break is emotion that can ruin your life, work on yourself to be a version of you, and they will reach out if you still want them back.

@apocalypse1180 well in the end after everything I did for the relationship to try to save it she ended up standing me up on new years eve couldn't get a hold of her and I gave up, been in no contact ever since and moved on with my life, sometimes you have to let go, as much as it hurts you have to walk away and find someone who puts in as much effort as you do.

i fell for someone who i thought was the one. after 7 months he couldn't decide if he wanted to even be exclusive with me so i'm a fool. but either way, these videos are helping me understand what i've done wrong and hopefully will help me to grow into the kind of person that will attract what i deserve. I had no choice but to give more at the end. I had to contact her and tell her I'm sorry, tell her I forgive her even though as an alcoholic who won't get help she was more to blame for all this. I had no choice because I'm also in addiction recovery and in order to keep myself sober I have to forgive and apologise for my actions regardless in order to stay clean.

@hardkorrekords6687 I've been doing all good. I've had time to actually process the entire breakup and yes I've made mistakes, I didn't trust her, I didn't feel safe around her anymore, and more. But I also know I wasn't like this in the first year of my relationship with her. I was actually a great bf, I did everything that makes a girl happy and I did it naturally. But during my birthday I found out she cheated on me with my best friend. Ofc after a long time of her begging I took her back and that was another mistake. But after that moment I couldn't trust her anymore and it ruined the relationship. I know now for sure that I did my best. I'm just in pain with the thought of disappointment that despite her and I promising each other that even if we break up we will work it out together, she isn't here. She decided to block me. So from that point on I've been living my life. Already an engineer in a race car team. Model, and more. Living my life so believe me when I say after a breakup it is not the end of the world 🖤.

Been with my ex over ten years. Loved her with all my heart, but she wouldn’t keep a job. She had this meth addict sister that she kept supporting and giving her money or bailing her out of jail. I have a job that it doesn’t benefit me at all to be involved with all that, so I kept waiting to propose in hopes things would change.
She cheated on me while I was on a business trip a few months ago and has moved the new boyfriend in with her. Broken man. I just want one day to go by that I don’t think of her. Right now, I'm dealing with a very recent and painful breakup trying to fight the urges of breaking the NO- CONTACT with her as well as craving the connection and intimacy we once shared. You're right about the importance of not letting your emotions get the best of you. We've had so many struggles in the areas of Communication and Trust. After a huge fight we had, I was led to believe we were on a road to recovery only to find out a little later that she was still very embittered about our fight and told me she no longer sees a future between us or having a relationship. As of now, I'm trying to commit to the NO CONTACT rule, however, she did reach out to me offering "friendship." It has been a painful time going from calling each other PET NAMES to only a first name basis. I don't know if the NO-CONTACT strategy will work in my case with her, I just want the pain of losing her to go away. Any advice you can give me would be most helpful. Thanks.

Trust me bro, the no contact rule works!! I made the mistake of slipping back into pursueing and it seriously pushes them away more than anything..
I applied the no contact rule and she reached out, ended up inviting me over, we talked, ended up sleeping together (wouldn’t suggest engaging in that) and I slipped and ended up pursuing and pushed her away,
Ultimately no contact shouldn’t be used as a manipulation tool, focus on improving yourself, look at where YOU were making mistakes and figure out how to really deal with the deep issues in you that made you act like that!

NC for a week, last coonversation was when I picked a few things up I had at her place. I will not reach out, I have very firm standards, she ended relationship out of blue, no real reason given, but wanted me to remain friends. Not going to happen, I am not going to down grade myself… I love her and hope only for the best for her. But that does NOT include cutting my own self worth. We were great together, yet her FA type kept up like a yoyo, hot cold cycle. She truly is my best friend, however I also need to love myself enough to move on… self preservation is a good thing!!!

I physically assaulted my ex in a fit of rage as I wasn’t very much in the right mind then. I regret it now and feel very guilty. Willing to do anything to make it right and seeking therapy too. I just hope he comes back to me out of the love we once shared and trust me again that I am working towards changing. Currently he has built up a wall of silence around him and cut off all contact.

None of this works on me. I broke up, but because he disrespected me. If he came back, apologized and showed me how he worked on himself, I would gladly try to work things out. Now in no contact, I just start to think he doesn´t care anymore and that demotivates me even more.

Then disappeared again. Jumped into someone else’s bed. I hope she reaches out so I can say no, I don’t eat leftovers or scraps 😂

I always like the video right at the beginning because I know you always spit game... So accurate. I experienced this myself when I broke up with my ex best friend. He keeps begging us to be friends again but the more he does, the more I don't like him. Even if I was just starting to miss him before he reached out. Humans are weird. I'm still in the healing process after about 4 to 5 weeks after being ghosted. If he call me or try to get in touch with me I'm going to do exactly what he did. He better hope I don't call the police on him for his warrant. He better keep his focus on whoever he's with now. He hurt me so bad after all the support I gave him. Through him being homeless no car nothing. Helped him because I cared I loved him. When he cried I cried. When he wanted to end himself I was there to tell him about his importance of being here. As soon as he got his home and car he ghosted me. I went through it all and never gave up on him. Now I'm a roller-coaster mess. Feelings all over the place, breaking down crying uncontrollably.

Wish I had learned lesson #2 earlier. Left my ex alone for 11 days and she calls out of the blue. Expresses how she misses me. I let my eagerness which is human (but to the point of the lesson was the wrong move) get the best of me. Now it's like I am in the position I was before we split. Low value in her eyes. This whole thing almost feels like a game but that's life I guess when you're in this situation you can't just demand from a human being and expect instant gratification just because you love them as much as you do. It's been 2 months since the breakup (4 year relationship, first love on both parties), we talked a couple times with me trying to convince him to come back, but now I've reached a point where I don't care if he comes back or not. I deleted all individual photos of us together a week ago because I felt ready to let go. I still need to get my stuff back from his place, hopefully I don't get emotional then, will be bringing my male best friend with me for moral support

We are an older couple he is 58 years old and I just turn 60, we are both in great shape and have good jobs. We been together for 21 years, I left our home to take care of my dad who had cancer with my boyfriend approving for me to care for dad and my 28 year daughter who was suffering from severe depression due to my dad’s declining condition. But I was so deep in caring for them that I was not giving my boyfriend the attention he deserved. So he decided to talk to other women , and told me we must take baby steps because of my action. I gave him room to explore chat groups and now he is traveling come this summer, he also said that he was talking to two women. At first I thought I could prove myself and make him stop this behavior, but once I found out he was going on vacation I draw the line and told him never to call me again. I’m heart broken because I truly love him. And he was so cold to me. He blames me for everything. And he is never coming back.
I know we won’t get back together.. we had a decent relationship. He did cheat and he once told me if he ever got caught he will never try to to work on an our relationship because it won’t be the same.. with that alone. Tells me he’s a selfish person.. so I’m good.. I deserve better anyway.. and 2 his ego wouldn’t let him do it..

I'm one month and few days of no contact, at first it were hard but its getting easier, what i need to do is detach myself, lately ive been thinking about him( sending to much energy his way), i'm not gonna make it easy for him.
Met this girl had the best connection she was really into me talked to me everyday and hung out on the weekends no sex was ever involved but treated me as if I was her man well we both acted as if we was together only that it was never offical. She told me about her ex from the beginning person who she had been with over 8 years was wanting to make things work with her again. One day she told me it was me she wanted to be with then two weeks later she went back to her ex and he had her block me on everything cause she told me she was doing it for respect for him. Same dude who cheated on her with another female she just left everything we had going but I kind knew it was gonna happen from the beginning. It was really hard at first I could get her out of my mind since we spoke everyday and would see each other on the weekends. Here we are two weeks later not really feeling anything anymore have not tried to contact her ever since but at times I do miss her and want to reach out. Should I just move on and forget her and keep the no contact going?
You can't be her friend... you're only interested in romance...walk away and never look back...move on and work on yourself... she'll reach out once she sees you're happy with life

This video was quite insightful and gave me perspective on what I did wrong after they reached out after no contact, what can you do to recuperate if you gave them more once than you should have they did reach out, or "gave more supply than there was demand for" which caused them to back down from the interaction?
Currently in a 3mth No contact. I received 2 private calls, could that have been my ex. I usually don't answer unknown phone numbers.

Bottom line, either you want me or you don’t period! I do like listening to all of this, it gives me insight of how this generation thinks, but it’s so sad how we engage in relationships now, so much game playing and all of these mind games..do this don’t do that, your value, higher value, lower value..it’s crazy. Move on! There is someone for you out there without the manipulation. It’s like walking on egg shells. You will now when you’re not right for a person and vise versa.
