      @jordanwilson4137 2 года назад +2

      @@iamcesarq they do give a nice smooth blend but u have to be patient with them they don’t cut thru hair fast despite the name “fast feeds” lol also they cut best on ppl with straight hair and light weight coarse hair. Thick curly hair… forget about it you’ll be cutting all day and they not too good with cutting down bulk. In my opinion they not really a must have unless your used to cutting with them and know how to use them. If you started cutting hair with fast feeds and used to them you’ll love them but if u started cutting hair with say masters or magic clips I feel like youll find the ff difficult to get used to. They priced way too high at $250+ they should be no more then $150-$170
      I’d rate them out of 10 a 6-7

    Coarse ceramic blade does hang over. The medium ceramic blade fits exact. Makes a big difference just like the ceramic on the corded. If you’re a fan of the fast feeds then you’ll appreciate this clipper. If you never used or cared about the corded version then you most likely wouldn’t like these. The reason people get the fast feeds is because they cut and blend smooth and open to a 1. They are good to have in your rotation if you like the purple guards and like fast feeds. I do think it’s bulky and the lever is uncomfortable. I always have to double check if it’s in the middle or 3/4 open or 1/4 open. That’s annoying. Ive also noticed it has some give before it actually moves when you either have the clipper open and start to close it or have it closed and start to open it. The lever will move a little but the blade won’t. so if you don’t physically look at the blade if it opened a little or closed a little then it’s gonna throw off your fading technique.

    Personally my fav detailing fading clipper is the caliber bmg. Fast cutting magnetic motor, cuts very close, can hear every hair being cut, open to a 1 ,can cut through bulk if you want but not the best, never gets hot, one of the quietest clippers, and 3 hour run time... All you gotta do is have a clipper that shreds through bulk like a senior, jrl, rebel, detachable etc. And you have the perfect duo.
    thats why i cant really get these clippers no reason to buy them imo when there are so many more powerful options out there. Yeah they fade great but having to pass over every area more times is time wasting. I shouldnt have to pass over an area more than three times for it to be completely even against the grain.

  • @acutaboveSF
    @acutaboveSF 2 года назад

    I’ve used the Andis Fade Master, Oster Fast Feed and Wahl Seniors in my career and will honestly rank them in that same order. The biggest knock on the masters seems to be the weight of the clipper and that the fade blade (surgical blade) is not meant for an inexperienced barber. However, after using all three clippers exclusively and for long stretches of time (at least 2 years a piece in each case) I found that the clipper I ultimately came back to and have stuck by was the master.
    Again, a master with a fade blade is not for a novice barber. That blade is sharp as hell and can do some (physical) damage if you do not know how to use it. It’s a sharp tool, so you can make unforgivable barbering mistakes to a haircut. And if you’re not an efficient worker, it gets hotter than hell. But all things considered it cuts through hair very nicely and will deliver the most precise cut.

    Nelo said get the medium cutter blade it's shorter then the deep tooth one and it shouldn't overlap. Weird how it cuts so slow also I've never used the fast feeds. Drop for me.
