To my amazement, even at the moment when I shaved it all off I realized how well it "balanced" with my face and instead of being shocked and having to "get used to it" over a period of time, I kinda liked it instantly. Ironically, only after I got rid of my hair, for the first time in my life, I started to get called "hot" and got x times more dates. That never happened, even before it had started thinning. Strange how it goes sometimes ...
So your point is that you spent your lifetime without figuring out what you can do useful out of your hair and you looked bad all the time so u didnt get any dates? Have you ever tried uzing things like creativity,articles,eyes,mirrors,combs,products and different styles? jeez

Cillian has a rectangular/diamond face shape and Timothee has a heart face shape. Their jaws compared to others are so wide that they give the illusion that they’re the widest parts of their face, but they’re not. In any picture of Timmy, it’s obvious his jaw is wide, but it’s not wider than his cheekbones or forehead that the jaw tapers up to. It’s a textbook heart shaped face. Cillian’s jaw is also wide but his cheekbones are wider. They’re the most prominent part of his face. His forehead and jaw are about the same width. The point is that for both of these men, their faces don’t expand the lower they go. They have wide jaws, but they’re not the widest parts of their faces. Not triangular.
My husband has a lovely heart shaped face, and had a great flowy hairstyle when he was younger. He also loved a full beard. He joined the military and can no longer have the flowy styles (he also started losing his hairline after basic but doesn’t feel ready to go bald) nor the beard. I wish the poor guy had some options! He’s always disappointed in how his hair ends up cut.
@butterbean2257 He has a widows peak and male patterned baldness, so double whammy. The top of his younger brother’s head was bald by college, same with his dad. He got lucky and had a few more years of a full head of hair but it’s receding now at almost 30.
Basically everyone has a pointy chin (except Leafyishere) so we're all triangles, but then if you draw the triangle rounder you're an oval but if you make the triangle sharper then its a square.
The part about the triangle face is kind of nonsense... If the jaw is most pronounced with the brow being the slimmest part of the face, wearing hairstyles that further narrow the brow does not put anything into "balance". Moreso hairstyles with some volume should be worn in order to bring up the face width on top and balance it out well with a more pronounced wide jawline.
I'm an artist and face shape is definitely a real thing. It can be hard to see at first. Just compare the width of cheekbones, forehead, jaw and chin and head height like he says.
For guys with a heart shaped faced, you said "you should avoid anything that emphasizes the narrowness of the chin and most guys with a heart shape face often just opt for a short shaped stubble." Are you saying that a short shaped stubble is the wrong thing to do?
I think by "chin emphasis" he means like a goatee, soul patch, or dramatic length under the chin (like the Derulo diamond face example), and shaped short stubble would be all over beard/stache stubble with shaped/clean edges. Spread the focus over the whole face instead of drawing more attention to the point of the chin
He says that maybe the haircut looked bad because of my face shape. I say it looked bad because the person who did it didn't even get close to matching the image 😂
Just keep it simple: older guys = high hairline = _more_ volume on top + _lower_ fade. Chubby guys = wide chin = more _width_ on top (don't make the top narrower than the chin lol). And for narrow chin + low hairline guys? Pick whatever you like ; P
