This one was fair, those challenges can be bone breakers and potential career enders. Whilst there has definitely been worse, they need to be stamped out. When it comes to those recent offsides by 0.5mm in the EPL, that's where you have to really start to question the VAR because it becomes farcical.
As a referee I agree; if they are going to call offsides with VAR, it needs to be accurate. I was really impressed by the automated system used in the world cup, but with humans involved in the prem it always gets messy.
How then did Mitch Duke not even get a yellow card for kicking out off the ball in the Adelaide v WSW game. Which was captured by VAR ???? Inconsistency which is what is was supposed to fix.....Destroying the game at warp speed !!
@@vika0194 Dude, it wasnt a yellow card.....If it cant be used for the purpose of off the ball incidents then whats the bloody use of it...Anyway i havent watched an A league game since the Adel v WSW game as im done with the garbage the game has become...
Just to clarify (without having the incident you're talking about): VAR does not under the current FIFA regulations review yellow card incidents. They look at goals, penalties, offsides and mistaken identities.
Offside rule still needs to amended to suit VAR CHANGE The Offside Rule to; 'a player is in an offside position when a player is *that player's full body's width* nearer to the opponent's goalline than both the ball & the second last opponent'.
What a disgrace. If it were City or the Wanderers he wouldn't have even been sent off. Anti-Sydney bias at its finest, DOESN'T MATTER WE'LL WIN THE LEAGUE AGAIN ANYWAY 🥳💙🏆
Daniel sarcasm surely. O'Donovan clear intentional elbow on the wanderers midfielder and only a yellow card . Not even any VAR intervention. No team gets more calls go against them in this league than the WSW.
How the hell Australia can make VAR work but not England?
unfortunately it's not that consistent
they can't make it work lol, something called an edit
Far far from working
lol idk haha

Only if this was in the Prem...
Because we’re far less emotional about making an objective decision regardless of influence
He forgot to cancel the yellow
Amazing decision!
YOURE OFF YOURE OFF!!!
Even though I am a Sydney supporter the call was correct
Yeah Nathaniel Atkinson is my brother and if bone got broken I would of hated grant

@@barteksvaberg4403 Ive solved the VAR issue, i dont follow Football anymore..its a joke and i have lost all interest.
It was not reviewable according to the LOTG

Thats still as subjective as the current rule
VAR is so annoying, but, I guess it helps...
VAR isn't annoying when it is used correctly
