I'm this close with my Grandma and the realization she's not going to be around too much longer is starting to hit and frankly it sucks. I already knew she was done the moment it showed her reaction after seeing grandpa… I took care of my gramma for years just as he’s doing. I could read her body language, silence, small facial expressions etc.. and just knew when she was “over it”. My family meant well in moments like these, but my heart broke for her knowing she didn’t want to complain or make a scene.. so when I’d intervene they would call me dramatic. I didn’t care what they said and still don’t, because I knew her so well at that point 😅 Miss you grandma 🥹
