Beginner real estate photographers get consumed by picking out which gear to use, which software to edit with, how to price their work, they often forget about probably the most important factor in success which is simply being easy to work with. @@smashtc My name is Scott Golmic and I am a real estate photographer in Jacksonville, FL. About 18 months ago, I didn't even know that real estate photography was an industry. When my wife and I were moving from Pittsburgh, PA we chose our realtor based on the quality of her photos. When we met her photographer that's when it clicked.. "I think I can do that." Biggest problem I have is that the agents aren't getting enough listings.
I see alot photographers complain with not getting to much cliebts or most of the REAL estate agents are cheap.do you get enought cliebts for real estate? Is a bussy industry for videos and photos?
