why didnt you mention what you do for setting your White Balance? thats a very important part that we need to know when making a video
Auto white balance inside, cloudy/sunny outside depending on weather!
What frame rate do you shoot your walkthroughs with speed ramps? How many different fps do you use for each house?
Do you use ND filters or CPL´s when shooting interior homes and its very sunny?
No!
Hi Eli, Great video.
I hope I didn't miss this if you already said it in the video but I don't recall.
You said to use f4 aperture which means you won't get maximum depth of field, so where do you set your focus point to ?
Thanks.

Is there any way to get the Exposure Level Indicator to show on Canon EOS RP in Photo manual or Video, so its easier to hit that ±0? Or is it just automated in Exposure metering somehow?

That's cool. But there is no longer money in it in my area. All the estate companies are now all in house photography teams.
What area are you in? I've heard people say that a lot but when digging in usually isn't the case! Would be happy to take a look for you
@@itselijoneswould you check (port Saint Lucie, vero beach, palm beach county, fort myers, Naples for me?
How do you handle white balance? Indoor lights might be as warm as 2700K but sun from windows might be 5600K. Some rooms may have no windows at all. Noticed one of your bathroom shots was very warm for example.
How do you handle exposure might also be an issue given the view out the window might be critical to the room's aesthetic?
Also regarding exposure, having to go to a higher ISO might introduce noise whereas opening the aperture might create a shallower depth of field than you want. So not sure if there's a rule to follow or simply make the judgment call on which is better to change.
Why not just shoot at 60fps rather than 30 and have room for cleaner slow motion? Motion blur isn't too critical so 60fps with 1/120 shutter might be fine with slow or not.

Great video! I really need your editor. I’ve tried some editors for about the same price point you mentioned but the results were not even close to what I was expecting. My current editor does an excellent job but charges me at least $99. I’d appreciate any recommendations for an editor
keep him. thats extremely cheap
@@AndieNow The problem I have with my current editor is the inconsistency in pricing. Sometimes it’s $99 other times it’s $123 or in between with no clear cut explanation. Business is about knowing your margin and without consistency in pricing my margins are not in control

This was probably natural, since windows are blown out.

The video is not that smooth...is that for memory issues for 4K?
it could be because he is using 30fps it will be definetley be smother at 60fps
He probably filmed in 30 but the walkthrough video was 24, cutting frames and making it choppy.
How much was this entire package? Photo plus the video?

1) your composition in 80% of your shots are terrible
2) detail shots on wide ?
3) you need ND on your Drone for those insanely over exposed shots
4) you better do 60fps so you can slow down
5) you have big windows so you do LOG to get some of that exteior revealed in your interior shots! Of course you need to know how to expose on log and definitely how to edit log
General info for you ! Purpose of RE video is tk showcase highlights of property + general space . Showcasing going up stairs is a bad , just showcase railing and stairs as detail on 50+ tighter lens
You're welcome! This is free coaching 😉
Do you take DOGE?
Log is shit for real estate videos, change my mind
why is the video so choppy? :/
Why so overexposed??
