I see some of the exterior shots have the peek of the roof cut off. Is that in favour of getting a tighter shot of the house? All in all great pictures! Thanks for sharing this it really helps. Rob from 4i’s
I think it's because they want the verticals to be straight. Tripod is probably at it's highest while the camera is straight. If my tops are cut off i just point my camera up and let my editor fix it in post just so I get the whole house. I often also use my drone for the front shot if the house is higher / on a hill.
Thanks for this video. You suggested moving further outside of the smaller bathrooms to show more. I have a problem doing that because it shows too much of the door jams and the doors. Is it acceptable to show more of the door jams so you can see more of the bathroom itself?
I shoot all exterior home photos with my drone. Only need to fly at 10-25 ft but makes a huge difference in proper perspective and not having to fix perspective issues in post
Also, I have an antique Manfrotto tripod that extends like a brontosaurus waaaay up. That makes taking shots like those taken from hill not look like your standing in a valley. Alternatively, get a painters pole and mount your wifi enabled sony a6000 on it and connect it to a tablet so it can be controlled from the ground. Boost it up 16 feet in the air and get some near drone quality shots with it. Courtesy of Rich Baum! That is unless you actually have a drone. I never could afford one nor do I have the inclination to get the FAA Part 107 license. Someday.
Great video Eli.. I am a new to Real Estate and id love to see more of these critiques.. it helped me but i need to know where do you get the computer Mat.. i love aviation and need to replace mine.. link would be helpful.. tia
Hi Eli. You are awesome. Thanks for sharing your advices. I am wondering, do you use 3 Bracket HDR also for drone pictures? Or how do you shoot aerial photos with drone?

Nice reviews. I am starting on real estate photography... maybe tou could review my first shoot? It was a 4 stories house, empty, still ending construction... but I think it was a nice exercise. If you woyld like, I can show you the photos, I have them at google drive.

While I acknowledge that it’s a thing with your generation, I’m still dumbfounded as to why it’s become necessary to speak soooo fast! It’s very difficult to listen to and follow at that speed, at least for me. Some of us just can’t listen that fast. I really do like all the content and enthusiasm with which it’s delivered and I’m learning so much. It would be immensely appreciated, however, if you could just slow down the delivery speed a tiny bit. Please and Thanks!

My thought exactly…sometimes I struggle with getting in the peaks.

Great question!!
Nice. I learned a few things from this. Thank you!
I always do a sky replacement on empty blue skies. It bumps up the photo 100%!

What are your thoughts on adding location tags to aerial photos? Like say there was a country club or park near by.
Thanks Eli
Thanks Eli!

Do you have a License Agreement for realtors to sign?

I guess you do, but the drone is not stable and the pictures might not match. 🤔
Great information.
I needed this. I definitely want to be apart of the team.

How much does coaching program go for ? Anyone ?😊

How about you set up a link for your subscribers and then you can do a live critique session for our photos maybe?
Good plan. You'll also then get a good idea how people shoot and edit oustide the states (I'm from the Netherlands)
Where can people outside your coaching program send photos for a critique? Would love to get some insight on those👀🤔
