OMG, I hate that last sentence. It always makes me cry. A great GMV for a great game
jesus Christ you captured everything from the epic scale of both the gods and the enormous war, to the stupid little moments between the boys, to the heartfelt suffering everyone went through, to the pure hype that came with how they kept standing up after being knocked down time and time again, to the bittersweet badassery of the final confrontation to the sheer UNFAIRNESS of it all!!!
everytime i come back to this video i just cry my eyes out of how emotional the story is, even listening to this song alone reminds me of this gmv
god DAMN this was the single most amazing fmv I've ever seen, it elicits the level of emotion and epic grandeur of the game and you should be seriously so proud of this. excuse me, gonna go rewatch and bawl my eyes out again

This video is so amazing! I remember being so shook when I first watched it (and every time after tbh) and I wanted to yell about it with my friends, so I sent it to them. Despite them not knowing/caring about ffxv prior, this video made them super interested in it, and now we're starting a cosplay group. So wow. Your work is so great, it convinced people to start a series and make costumes for them, so thank you!!!

Every time I come back to this fic I can never fully appreciate the entire thing bc I always start tearing up and cant fricking see the screen properly. I'm not even exaggerating a little, if I've stayed clear eyed throughout the rest of it Noct talking to his dad at the end NEVER fails to get the waterworks rolling, sometimes even the second and third time in a row that I rewatch this trying to make myself witness the whole thing properly still isnt enough bcgoddammit this is such a bittersweet tragedy of a story dressed up as a roadtrip and I just cannot handle it

Why can't English voice actors emote when they read their lines? They don't sound like people.
