College Cribz tour at Stevens University Theta Xi. Home to 17 people this house was insane. Featured a hot tub room and a newly renovated kitchen with a chef cooking for the boys five days a week. The outdoor area was super nice with a tiki bar and die table, as well as the balcony that was attached to one of the brothers rooms.

As a Brother who graduated from Stevens about 40 years ago, it was really great to see the House again. My room looks so much nicer than it did back then, too nice actually. The bar and beer pong court are basically unchanged - Awesome!!!
