When Rockstar Lets The Interns Design Drag Races

hard_rev_limit is the most disappointing thing since my son. I mean, how much more could you possibly fuck up the entire Tuners DLC? And while my son eventually hanged himself in the bathroom of a gas station, the unfortunate reality of the hard_rev_limit advanced flag is that it'll be around. Forever. It will never go away. It can never be undone.

Is there some place where I can check all brake boosts(at least ones from Street Races)? It seems they are much more beneficial here

You just have to drive around and try and find them. Outside of Business End, I don't think brake boosts are that powerful in streets, at least compared to a lot of custom tracks where they are vital. In drag races with the tuner cars, brake boosting in top gear doesn't do anything because of the speed cap, so you have to shift down to make use of them.
