I love how Ollie commented on the stupid cutting of the dessert and comparing it to a child’s behaviour. Love it.
I wouldn't have minded the cutting since that would make it easier to eat :) I like eating things in bites.

It's the theater of food. It's part of how they justify their ridiculous prices. Yes they do have the highest quality of ingredients, and yes, they do have amazing chefs, but probably 50% of the cost is attributed to the ridiculously over the top way they serve it. :P

@@KhronicD fancy food requires more skill and thus higher wages for chefs. I'm no expert, but I bet higher labor costs is the biggest reason fancy places are expensive.

Omg the onion flower is ubiquitous in American chain steak houses. It’s called a “Blooming Onion” and it is definitely not posh so your response to it made me laugh!
Yeah I’m thinking you can get that at any Outback Steakhouse. Really not sure why they reacted like it was some incredible innovation.

My lord, that "McDonald's burger up the sleeve moment".. 🤣 Ollie is just ready to break norms at any moment, and yet again he's halfway to dissing the chef of the restaurant with this move 😅 I'm sure they didn't mind in the end, but wow... he's a bold man!
It would be funny if Ollie pulls something like that and for once, it actually fails and the video immediately cuts to Josh apologising for the video cut short because they got kicked out thanks to Ollie.

@@wchan39 I still remember cringing when he was spouting random Spanish words at an ITALIAN woman who owned that breakfast place and you can see she was genuinely annoyed. like I get you're a clown mate but you still need to respect the place and the workers there. In that second restaurant I hope the cooks didn't hear his joke about the burger that looked like it shat itself. That was just plain juvenile. Ollie is a wholesome lad most of the time but episodes like these make me roll my eyes.
@@kiwihermit5080 to be fair he tends to confuse languages together and jumble up words and expressions so it's not like he does it on purpose (he even had SHALLOT confused with SCALLOP up until recently 😅) and you can tell he feels genuinely embarrassed and bad once he realizes his mistakes. And no, I don't think she really was annoyed - to me it looked like she was just playing it up to make things funnier. If she really was pissed I'm pretty sure she would've had no qualms in kicking them out.
(I will fully admit that I felt some secondhand embarrassment when she pointed out the Spanish... but I was also in tears from laughing.)

The first spot's burgers look insanely good! Unfairly fresh and juicy, and the ingredients look like pure quality 😑 I trust these gentlemen enough to believe that I'd also have close to a best-of-my-life experience if I went there.
No drama seems to be my preference as well. I don’t like burgers that are too heavy on the sauce and cheese

@@keiron.4612 A valid opinion to have, but the more you cook meat like that, the tougher it gets. You lose out on the juiciness. I also think that a lot of that sentiment is cultural and stems from not having access to quality meat. Yes, if you're buying unidentified ground meat from a dude in a cart who also sells watches of questionable quality, probably better to go well done. But a reputable restaurant sources their meat from reputable butchers. There is no reason beyond personal taste to ever cook a burger well done.

just want to say....the reason that Josh and Ollie's channels are so super duper entertaining, funny, wholesome, and just overall enjoyable is because of who Josh and Ollie are....too many negative comments about them sharing food, about Ollie being Ollie, about Josh being Josh....etc...
i just do not get it....some of us just need to chill and enjoy watching these two best friends doing what they do....isn't that why we all watch them?

Hamish and Andy from Australia sell them. There’s an embroidered one for lost touch with the common man and they do another which says ‘in touch with the common man’ which is just printed on. It’s part of their podcast.

Hey, so I’ve watched the Korean gentleman channel for some time, absolutely love it, the way you both are together and that your friends and have friends filming, you just don’t get that anywhere else. I didn’t realise that you had the jolly channel, I know that may seem like I’m not a true follower buttttttt, I’ve been binging, very unhealthy might I add as my partner is mad about “quality time” hahaha love all the gabby and guests you have on. Olly reminds me of my grandson when he was about 7 years old, he is now 19 I could never tell him off with a straight face so I gave up. I love you guys so much , honest, clean, family entertainment. So much so I know I could leave my 9 year old granddaughter watching without fear of adult content popping up. So thank you both and your team .I wish I was in a position to pay to subscribe.
