- I’m getting inspired by hubs to start a healthier lifestyle again. Lately, I’ve been using my breastfeeding as an excuse to eat “i-deserve-it” meals. We talked on the podcast (www.spotify.com...) about the compound effect, and how one small decision can snowball into so many other things. For example, eating healthy can lead you to feel better about yourself, perform better at work, get a promotion, join a new hobby, and maybe even meet someone special along the way. On the other hand, that “one last drink” could also mean waking up later, missing an appointment, not getting that promotion, and so on. So today, I made the decision to eat healthier and try my best to live my life in the best possible way.

In today’s vlog, Slater and I went to the grocery together ( a rare occurrence!) and took the boys out to my friend’s new business- The Little Play Factory. They are a mobile soft play area that you can rent out for parties, and the kids loved it! My fave part was that they sanitize every single thing before use, even the balls in the ball pit! I usually find it cringe when people talk to their children in a baby tone, but people like Ate Kryz, always been bubbly ever since, made me want to become like her in the future, patient and soft spoken to kids. I sometimes get her tone now hahaha
I think it’s intentional na high pitch sya makipag usap kay scott and sevi, hindi lang basta arte haha. A parentese talk is a speaking style that draws baby's attention. 😊
