Thank you so much! I had a surgery to fix / secure the ECU tendon and I am stuck with pain. This taping method helped me a lot. Greetings from Germany!
How do you decide between this one and method #1 to prevent TFCC pain during activity? I always have ulnar-sided wrist pain on my dominant right hand after fighting longsword but this time I'm having painful clicking of my wrist after a tournament. I'm trying to use a wrap brace but the middle has a harder section and I can't for the life of me adjust it in a way where it doesn't exacerbate the painful clicking. It feels like whatever is clicking rubs painfully against the wrap around the big nub bordering the wrist and arm. Putting pressure on the TFCC gives decent relief. I'm wondering which taping method would be best as preventative for future fights
I stupidly slept on my side with one hand using the phone, woke up to find my wrist hurting, and in the initial stages, it was even swollen. It's been about a month now, and the pain and discomfort persist
I had to take screenshots at the end because you moved so quickly. Please slow down and show better angles of what you're doing, because not all of us are physical therapists.

Can you buy that wrist tape online or stores?
Target and some sporting goods stores like Play It Again Sports, have it.
I got mine from Amazon
What is the brand of tape you are using, please?
I have found the generic tape to last longer.

You can pause the video or just slow down the video with built in features in RUclips
